We had a very urgent situation in which we need to print little table tent name cards in less than 1 hour before an event. We were desperately calling places like FedEx and Staples, but then I saw a Minuteman press store nearby and I knew it was the perfect choice. Kelly was so kind and understanding, and with their magic, we sent them our file, paid, and left with everything we needed with a few minutes to spare. These folks are lifesavers. We visited another local printing shop, and the for the options available, the price was outrageous.We are so happy we found DWRI Letterpress. We worked with Lois, who was a joy throughout the whole process. Even though our order was relatively small, she made us feel welcome (even amid the holiday rush they were experiencing).Lois sat down with us to pick through the many options for paper, color, and font. She sent us mockups through email, adjusting each aspect of the invitation until it was perfect. “I was out of town at a business show and realized that I had left my business cards at home. The show was to start at 3:30 PM. I went into the Staples store in Providence, RI. The young man said let's look at what you need. After sending him the format that I needed he said we can do that. I said the show is today at 3:30 and it was 9:00 AM. He said we can have the business cards ready by 2:00 PM. Well guess what, they were ready by 1:00 PM. The customer service, product quality, and price I got were unbeatable.”
