I called on friday and made an appointment for Monday morning (9-1) to fix my window. I took a vacation day from work so I could be here. At 9:15 monday morning, I got a phone call saying they don’t service my town anymore. After inquiring a little further, the salesman said they “don’t do RI anymore”. Yet, it’s all over their website that they do. Not happy that i was able to book an appointment and use a vacation day and then not receive the service I needed. Someone needs to get their act together!

Payless came to my home today and reattached my rearview mirror that had fallen off Sunday. Courteous and fast service. They are located in Hartford and I recommend them highly.

Wish I could rate a 0 Star. Used their website to schedule an appointment to get a windshield replaced and “No call, No Showâ€. Wasted my entire day waiting for them and they never showed, didn't even give me a call to say they ran into some trouble or they werent going to make it. Price is CHEAP but, service is CHEAPER! Ill take my business elsewhere.
