This place was completely trashed. The dressing rooms were piled high with clothes. The employees were just sitting on the counters talking. Probably will never go back to this store.

Horrible and rude staff. Acted as if I didn't exist. Checking out felt like I was hurting them personally. Manager Gina creates a toxic work environment. Overall a horrible experience and will not be returning to shop here

During back to school they have one dressing room open. Make it make sense. This store is so poorly managed. The lines were out the door. One person on the register, one dressing room open. This is why everyone shops online now. The employees were very nice and friendly but of course they forgot to put the jewelry in our bag so we had to go all the way back to the mall after we got home.

There was a good selection, and it was a busy weekend, but we were in the store for over 30min and used the (dirty) dressing room twice, not one of the 5 employees asked if we needed any help, or offer to hold anything for us at the counter. We felt as if we were bothering them, it was the last hour before closing and they really wanted to finish folding me clothes. One manager was very helpful at check out, she made sure at the discount codes were correctly applied.

the staff seemed very overwhelmed, when i asked if i could have something ordered online I was give a snarky remark are system is difficult up so i don’t know and the staff at the register nothing but complaining about anything and everything then not to mention the amount of people surrounding the dressing rooms and the lines you don’t know where to go i think the staff needs to improve there attitude

Super rude staff. Had to find a person to check out. She was folding and told me she would come in a few--then Proceeded to open dressing rooms for someone else. Only one employee was wearing a mask that covered the nose and mouth. I don't expect five star service, but a little care or interest in your job would be nice.

Black folk the fabric is trash and they racially profile people of color. Dont spend your money where your fallowed. My daughter called me to the dressing room door to look at a possible birthday outfit. When I turned around the staffer had followed me to peak at the outfit. My daughter had the door wide open showed me and I said take it off let's I we're being followed. But they never asked if we needed help but followed us?

Cashier 452523 Is Rude as f*** aside from just being Fat. So overall just ugly inside and out. Should work at the back and not in the front for aesthetic purposes of the store.

This was a HORRIBLE experience. I've never complained on yelp but I think this was needed so no one else had to experience this. My sister and I were trying on clothes (there is a 5 item limit and a 1 person to a dressing room rule) we were in adjacent dressing rooms and my sister couldn't tie her dress because it was confusing so I offered to help. She comes out of her dressing room and I start tying it. Jeremy walked by and shouted out the rules to us "5 items to a dressing room and you defiantly don't have 5 items in there and one to a dressing room" then walks away... he took all of them items that we had waiting to try on, on the rack... there were only 5 items in the dressing room and soon after Elise who was EXTREMELY RUDE... came over in an even more aggressive tone screaming to us the rules AGAIN. We told her okay and told her the situation on how my sister couldn't tie her dress that's why we were out of the dressing room and she was so angry and decided to tell my sister she would tie the dress? My sister wasn't wearing a bra so it was VERY awkward. Then she noticed that she wasn't so she instructed her on how to tie it but still in her rude manner. We then were checking out and Elise again was extremely rude and before I even had the chance to say thank you she said "YOUR WELCOME". Extremely unprofessional staff.. besides the man who originally helped us into our dressing room! I wish we asked his name he was great. I wish there was an option to do zero stars honestly the experience was absolutely horrible and I see not many opinions are different...

I really like the clothes from pacsun, but one girl working there was superrr rude. I read in another review about this same girl with the afro-like curly hair and her inappropriate behavior. she treats all the customers like she hates them and responds to everything you ask with hostility. The two times I have gone there this girl has made my experience horrible. The first time I was there i went with my mom and we were trying on clothes. She was extremely rude when talking to us and while she was getting our stuff into the changing room and once the door was closed I could hear her making fun of us with her coworkers and later just complaining about her job. The second time I went I was there with my friends and I went out of my changing room to show my friends the clothes i had on and she came in and started to gather my stuff because she thought i was gone, which is fine, but when I got back and some of the clothes I had picked out were gone I asked her if she had moved them and she responded abruptly with I didn't touch anything when she obviously had. Once we had left I asked my friends if they noticed how rude she was and they both agreed they had. Overall bad experience, the clothes are good, but the staff makes it hard to be there. I hope the girl with the afro gets fired, mean person and bad costumer service.
