Best service ever!! Everyone was prompt and friendly, they helped us find the brake fluid and coolant that we needed for our model, and made sure our battery was healthy, too! Amazing team, definitely go here for all of your auto needs.

I’ve gone to this store dozens of time since it has open and had favorable experiences up until recently. I’ve had two interactions with one of the store's employee who seems not to welcome my business. The vibe feels very 1950’s in saying that we want your money but you’re going to get a subpar customer service experience. I think this store needs more DEI training for their employees. I feel other customers like myself may get the same treatment so this review is for them to be aware of how they may be treated when shopping at this store.

I showed up 2 day's in a row at the posted 730am posted hours. Both days, no staff showed up to open the store. I waited at least 15 minutes both days. No luck. The only positive, I called the posted district manager, spot to a rep, gave info on situation. That was appreciated.

I have been meaning to replace a wiper in forever and saw thsi store on my way home, so I popped in. Lo and behold, they had the wiper in stock, it didn't cost a lot of money, and the employee put it in my car. Super friendly and helpful!

The store reminded me of the old Benny's that was down the street from where this one opened up. It's clean and doesn't feel like your average parts store, and believe me, I've been in all of them.The manager came right over to help Jeff. They have more than one person there and are very attentive to your needs. I was able to get the part I needed in a timely manner. When I have had to return anything, they are very helpful in finding what I need. They have a bunch of free services for those of us that know nothing of the newfangled stuff under the hood!Check them out!
