the star of this review is an employee named Kaydance. I am admittedly a fish out of water in an auto parts store .. and and obvious one at that . I wasted on time walked right up to the register what I needed for the model of my car . she was fast, efficient and very personable. She took me right over to what I was looking for.and explained the volume needed for my vehicle. she asked me questions to help me resolve just what I'd need to get and thank god she did because I was blissfully ignorant to what I was about to do to my car in what can only be called a foolish roll the dice. she was as benevolent as she was well informed . my mind was at ease, knowing I was in good hands. she even went as far as to refer me to a reputable garage that she personally patronizes reassuring me that I'd be in good hands after I left. kaydance is a model employee, and in exemplary human. I appreciate the interaction I had with her today.

#?PROFESSIONALISM????️????The workers at this store are very friendly, helpful, the know pretty good they job and also how to help you with what you need!! Store are clean and very organized. Prices and quality better than AutoZone, Advance or Federate part store. Warranty not problem, no asking questions like other stores. Before going somewhere else, #*BELIEVE ME, GO O'REILLY FIRST!!!!!❤️??????? They aren't guessing when get you what you need ??

Not very good, when I went to return something that was not what my car was in, an employee told me that I had removed the part that supposedly came with other parts and that was why I was returning it. I explained to him that that was what they had given me. Given that nothing was used, he didn't believe me. In the end, he realized that everything was complete, but he didn't even apologize and gave me a hard time in front of other customers. Plus, they were the ones who gave me the wrong parts. They should train me. people who are more educated and professional to serve
