Located directly in the heart of Providence, RI- it is about a 5min walk to Amica Pavillion and bridge connection to the mall as well. The hotel is big and has an old rustic feel to it. Rooms are decent size over looking the city. Guest services was friendly and helpful during our interaction. Swimming Pool/hot tub was not available. Parking is either $20 or $34.

Well located. Friendly staff. Clean hotel. My only complaint…why, in 2024, are they charging outrageous fees for WiFi?!? C’mon Omni hotel! You shouldn’t be charging anything for WiFi!Rooms: Clean and comfortable.Nearby activities: Easy access to nearby shops, bars, and restaurants.Safety: Providence has a lot of homeless people but for the most part they didn’t bother us.Walkability: Great location. Very walkable.Food & drinks: Not the best offerings in the hotel but plenty better options nearby.Noteworthy details: No free WiFi which is kinda ridiculous in 2024.

No better place to stay in Providence than the Omni! It’s easy to get to from the airport, the staff is super accommodating of requests, the onsite food is delicious and it’s connected to both the convention center and mall. Highly recommend!

Bela Marie took great care to make my stay absolutely great! All the staff I interacted with were professional and caring, our group felt very well taken care of here. Thank you to everyone who helped us all.Rooms: Well maintained and spacious, with a great view of downtown. Nicely updated for an older building.Noteworthy details: All of the staff has great attitudes and are helpful, professional, and caring. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again for business or personal reasons.

Nearby activities: The Providence park mall is right next door, There's plenty of other restaurants close by a well.Safety: Felt very safe in and around the hotel.Walkability: There's a park and the train station is close by as well if you want to go to Newport.

Being attached to the convention center and a parking garage made this a easy long walk staying out of the elements.

THERE IS NO POOL. IT IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED.We decided to be bougie and upgrade our room and stay at this fancier hotel when in town for great grandma's 100th birthday!! Only to find out that the pool photographed and mentioned several times, is no longer available. I've seen in other review responses that they've "removed the pool from the website". That is not entirely correct. So, I am posting this review to help others who are booking their trip and are maybe excited about the pool that doesn't exist at this hotel. I know we were let down.Noteworthy details: THERE IS NO POOL. IT IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED.

The location can't be better. The mall, convention center and the pavilion are so close. We didn't have to go outside to get to any of these unless we wanted.
