I called toSet an appointment. Was told to come in and there is 6 People here. Was not acknowledged when I arrived and the receptionist is a sign in sheet. Also this is definitely not in regulation with COVID-19 policy for social distancing. Sat in front of the tax professional while he helped another customer and answering phone calls. Didn’t even say “can you wait a moment” totally acted like I wasn’t there for a good 15Min. Extremely unprofessional and a total lack of organization.

Been going here for years. They're great and don't overcharge. Usually a long wait during peak tax season but you can make a request to drop off your paperwork if you can't wait. They're open late and Saturdays too which is convenient. Speak English and Spanish
