Not sure what I paid for but it certainly wasn't a car wash… the exterior is still dirty and the interior looks barely touched. Didnt bother to vacuum the back, any of the seats, cupholders, floor mats or door side pockets. Everything is dusty and dirty and there was water in my speakers. Huge waste of money. Now I have to go pay for another car wash.

I’m so upset to have “trust” this place’s process and service. I paid for the allegedly called Supreme Wash for $25 which includes all the services listed in the lower end services. However, when I received my vehicle, just an exterior wash and no wax, no dashboard clean and no tire shine….why in the world did I ask and paid for the highest service if they don’t communicate with each other?
Totally unacceptable, please, review your processes and have some sort of line of communication where your employees know with exactitude what services have been order in the first place.
I will never come back to this place since I feel was totally taken advantage of. If I could give you a minus 1 star I would.

Didn't see any signs informing me that they couldn't take cards.

They’re apparently “Cash Only” now, and don’t have a posted sign out front. If your car is in the tunnel and you don’t have cash you’re required to leave your license and come back.

The staff was nice but…You’re better off going to the automatic car wash. I just paid $22 + $5 tip for a Royal Wash and my car is not clean. The Royal Wash promises a wax and seeler wax. They literally finished cleaning the inside and outside of my car in like 7 minutes. There’s white fibers on the inside and outside of my car from the towel they used to dry the car which…why don’t they have microfiber towels? The car wasn’t dried completely, there are still leaves in front window. I had to vacuum the inside again myself. There’s only 2 people cleaning cars which I understand they are probably cold and over worked but my god. I’m going to have to get my car washed again. They told me they’re under new management so maybe that’s why they’re understaffed and improperly equipped.

HORRIBLE I PAID $25 to have car cleaned and all they did was vacuum! If I had time to go back I would get my money back!!! NEVER AGAIN

Sooo not sure what the good reviews are all about probably someone that actually works there giving themselves good reviews but I just got back from there and posted my console photos I could post more but you get the point right?. Questioned the bald guy at the desk guess he's a manager or something. I said how can your guy be done he never even touched my tires I've literally been sitting down waiting for 5mins. He says oh well we are done went in my truck looks like it did before I took it in. There's the photos. Only a complete idiot would go there deliberately I'm from out of town will never go back there. If you let anyone tell you this place is good that's 100% on you. You've been informed. My photos are of the center console and running boards. I'd purchased the Royal Wash bald guy said there's no armor all just wipe down. Basically I paid for a not real good car wash and a towel swipe nothing else.

Recently I brought my car for a wash. Paying the max. My windows weren't even cleaned properly had smudges, my leather seats have a bunch of white spots on it.tire shine is fake. Lasts only a couple of minutes. When I got home I had to redry my car and do all the work they didn't do. Don't recommend.

There was no one to attend the car wash. I put my car in neutral and the track didn’t work. I opened my door to make sure I was in it correctly and I was. Had to drive myself through very slowly and hope I got everything I paid extra for. Puked up and out $2 in a vacuum and it turned on but there was ZERO suction… no one around to help. I left and used my shop vac at home. Do not recommend. At all.
