Horrible service. Scheduled an appointment online for emissions testing and they did not cancel my appointment until I showed up— the emissions tester was on vacation. They rescheduled me a week later. When I showed up to my rescheduled appointment they canceled again. This time the tester was sick. My phone number and email was left with both appointments, yet I never received a courtesy call or email for cancellation. My emissions test for registration is now overdue. This place was incredibly rude with their communication and inconsiderate of my time. I will not even bother rescheduling a third time.

I went in with a flat tire and Shawn (Sean?) was extremely helpful and efficient. He got me back on the road in 10 minutes and was very friendly.

I have use Monro multiple times and love the experience I am given when I come here but this time was different. The tech that was on (don’t know his name) told me he may not have the tools to do an oil change on my car. I have never seen Monro not have the tools to do a simple oil change on a car. He was able to complete it after a while. I got the full synthetic package which comes with a free tire rotation. After the tech completed the oil change, he did not do the tire rotation. When I questioned him on why it wasn’t done, he said that he doesn’t do it unless I mention it to him. I think it’s outrageous that I would need to mention it when it’s part of the package. I would get it if it was a separate service I was going to pay for but it was free with the full synthetic oil. He proceeded to sigh really loud about it which is very rude when it should have been done to begin with. I have been to Monro for all my oil changes on my current car and I will continue to use them but I won’t be back to this location.
