May 28, 2022 Mobil Mart 259 Valley Street Providence RI , 02909 (401) 521.2583 I'm Mr. Jose Rodriguez loyal customer/consumer with Mobil Mart location 259 Valley Street Providence RI 02909 writing about my station experience and to express grave concerns to your attention that Racial Discrimination and not allowing Mr. Jose Rodriguez customerr /consumer to interact with other customers/consumers on private property is a violation of my Human Rights/Act & Declaration of Human Rights says was humiliated who was denied services, criminalizing is wrong and unacceptable conduct by the Mobil Mart employees. Mr. Jose Rodriguez station experience on or about May , 27 2022 was inforned by the employees who stated I was no longer allow to come in to the statuon /store for no reasons or explanation. The police were contacted for no reason and who says criminalization of poverty by the employees utilize laws which funnels low-income people into the criminal justice system.The employees also ultize the law enforcement to profile Mr. Jose Rodriguez on the basis of false reporting by the employees to law enforcement. This complaint deserves the most priority attention. ,Please be advised On or about May 27, 2022 the employees and on prior numerous occasions have wasted a great amount of police resources. Mr. Jose Rodriguez is moving forward in filing a complaint also with the Providence Police Department /Chief and who is pursuing legal actions with representation by an attorney Again , This is troubling to Mr. Jose Rodriguez the Public ,customers/consumers Please contact me at email address provided on the website contact us form at your earliest convenience. It's a pretty standard gas station. Inside was fairly clean. The air pump was broken and missing the pin.
