Run, don't walk, to this excellent bike shop. Great service, very knowledgeable staff and a fantastic selection of bikes. The neighborhood atmosphere means you get personable and one-on-one customer service. I have bike stores much closer to me, but I happily made the 30 minute drive into Providence.

I didn't actually purchase a bike at Mission, but I came in because the charger cord on my ebike was firmly lodged around the brake pad and brake disc of the rear wheel.The owner of the shop immediately removed it, tried to fix the disc (it needed replacement, though) and suggested where I could get a replacement (he didn't have one in stock.)He was helpful, friendly, and didn't charge me a cent for working on the bike. If you're looking for great ebikes and great service, this is the place.Highly recommended.

Excellent E- bicycle shop for full range of e - bike riders ( first time to experienced).Highest quality bicycles well designed and safely built- most importantly, only UL 2849 batteries- the gold standard in Lithium battery safety.The shop is located near bike paths so it is easy to try new bikes or check out adjustments or servicing on your own bike.There is a great selection of top tier bicycles in the shop to try.The service is well informed, knowledgeable, experienced and accomodating and friendly. The place to go if you are looking to go from a 2 car family to a one car family or if you are ready to explore doing a lots of cycling in hilly New England.

Never thought I’d see the day my wife would actually want to ride a bike with me but here we are. We had been shopping around for sometime and visited several other bike stores but Mission was different. We were never pressured into purchasing anything and Tyler did an excellent job finding the perfect bike to fit our needs. All the bikes in the store are also next level in regards to quality. His authenticity and ability to service the bikes really swayed us away from any online direct to consumer brands. I’m sure this will not be the last bike we purchase from Mission!

This is THE place if you are looking for a quality E-bike to fit your needs. Tyler listened to what I was looking for and his recommendation was perfect. Three months and 1,400 miles later, I'm commuting daily to work (13 miles each way) and running errands on my Gazelle. The bike has far exceeded my expectations. The best decision I've made in a long time was walking into Mission Electric.

You know, I thought that I knew what I wanted. The problem is a little knowledge is dangerous. Fortunately, Tyler made a great E Bike recommendation that was perfect for me. He took his time to help me learn how to use the E bike. So if you are in a market for E Bike - just go to Mission Electric - awesome customer service and great selection of E Bikes with Bosch motors. Highly recommend!

I am so glad that I found this shop when I was thinking about getting an ebike. Tyler answered all my questions, knowing that I wasn't committed to buying. He suggested a folding bike, since I have a small apartment and that 's where my bikes live. After taking a Tern Vektron on a test ride, I knew that it was the right model for me. When I picked up the bike, Tyler spent a good hour going over it with me and answering even more questions. I've never gotten this level or service anywhere else before. Definitely recommended.

I recently bought a family cargo bike from Mission Electric and had a great experience. Tyler was really helpful to me, and his knowledge about and passion for the bikes he sells really comes through. He explained everything clearly, gave our family lots of time to try out the product, and was generally helpful and flexible. I suspect this isn't the last bike we'll buy from Tyler.

Tyler set me up with a Tern Vektron that I absolutely fell head over heels for! Every bike in his shop is a quality brand that you can feel confident in. An ebike is a big purchase and I can’t recommend Mission Electric enough!
