The associate lied to me and said I would first have to pay my bill before removing the insurance. And he lied and never removed the insurance. I was charged for something I had asked multiple times to be removed from my account.

Website says they close at 8 on Friday night. They closed at 7. The location at 395 Admiral St in Providence is open until 8 tonight. Strange the one in the mall would close earlier. I wish I saw Michael's post from two months ago. A 45 min drive would have been avoided. That's a great look for a CORPORATE store. Wow! How can someone have faith in your services when there's an issue with management?

Place was insane. I upgraded my phone to a $70 phone dude made me replace my SIM card which I had my old phone with me still working activated with 4 lines for 4 years now mind you. Then I buy a screen protector guy says you got a free acsesorie for buying one comes back with $60 in accessories I did not want an a free pair of dollar store head phones. Long story short I only needed a upgrade dude made me buy phone sim card an activation fee. Thankfully metro customer care credit my account for at least the sim an activation

I came in yesterday to switch my cell service from Sprint to Metro - both Idris and Rose (I believe that was her name) were so kind, friendly and helpful. Idris was able to switch my service over in a super fast period of time and was able to help other customers while simultaneously helping me. Both employees in the store that day were awesome and deserve praise!! Thanks for your help guys ? this isn’t the closest metro to my home but I’ll definitely be coming back to this store in particular.

I Had a Horrible experience. I came to upgrade my phone and the manager Ruth Scammed me on a upgrade. I went to upgrade to the new iphone SE. I walked into this location and she showed me the full retail price of 399$. She never told me the real price which was supposed to be 349$. I called corporate and they told me the phone was 349$ upgrade price. So I am looking at my receipt and she charged me 50$ on accessories I didn't need !!!!!!!! I will be reporting her to corporate and giants communication since they are a franchise. I was scammed by the manager and can't get in hold of the franchise.the corporate office told me that's how representatives make there commission but that's not the way to go about it. Lying to your customers about the upgrade price just to make commission is very wrong

She hung up on Me. She must be a Star performer!

I am someone who has absolutely no idea about how to switch over a phone plan or the complicated process it takes to do so, I am terrible with technology in general ? Kelsey worked above and beyond to help me to figure out what was going on and even helped me up until several minutes after they were closed. I can't begin to tell how grateful I am for her help, I was trying to switch from Verizon because of how expensive they are but I didn't realize my plan required me to pay off my current balance (I didn't realize it required several more payments and had alot of hidden fees, Verizon is terrible) I'll be switching over immediately. Thank you very much ?

The little short manager and all the employees in this location are extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. I went in to simply switch my service from one phone to another unlocked phone, the whole processe took 5 minutes, and cost around 25$, no problem there. Once I got home I noticed that I did not have any of my contacts, apps or emails on my phone. I am not a very tech-savvy person so I did not know how to get that data onto my new phone. to make a long story short I ended up having to go back to the store three times over a two-day period for something that could have quickly been done in store in 10 mins, I know this because after much frustration I found a video on YouTube that walked me through it step-by-step. They also change the rules day to day about how many customers can be inside of the store at one time , but then touch 10 different cell phones without washing their hands......ok

I have an iPhone 6S which I have insurance on and in the month of December 2020 it ended up being damaged because I dropped it. Now I took the phone to the Metro PCS on Admiral Street and the associate told me I could get a replacement phone if I called the insurance company but "forgot" to mention I would have to pay a $200 deductible after he took my payment for my bill and gave me the wrong number to the insurance company. Due to it being Christmas time and I do have 2 small children I could not afford to pay a $200 deductible and I have not been able to make or receive any calls or text messages in over 2 weeks and my phone is active. I went to the Metro PCS on Dorrance Street today on January 1,2021 which the staff was incredibly rude in front of my 2 children oh and i'm still without a phone.
