I had a massage with Pierre and it was such a relief. My neck and come to find out my legs were knotted up and the attentiveness given to the trouble spots were amazing. My neck hasnt felt this good in a while.

I went in for a facial for the first time and I was very disappointed. The esthetician was talking a lot and she was trying to sell me their products while I was still on the table. It wasn't relaxing at all. When she walked me out she proceeded to convince me to purchase the products again. Which was supposedly over $300. All things I can purchase somewhere else for way less. They don't care about your well-being it's all about the money. I felt pressured to leave a tip.

I had 2 events happen to me - Covid, followed by a triple bypass. Message Envy did nothing to help me with my subscription problems (I would not go during covid, and could not use it during recovery) and I ended up eating it. I would not recommend this place to a dog for a massage. They will hold you over the fire if you get a subscription. No wonder they get sued frequently. Stay Away from any subscription options. They also "expect" you to tip $10-$20 per visit in addition to the overpriced massage. Terrible.

Went on a whim on a Saturday morning bc I needed some work done from overtraining during the week. I've been to this chain but a different many years ago and was unimpressed. Worked w a private practitioner for years after that but she's busy now w another career so I took a chance because of the ease of booking and the availability when I wanted it. All said and done, the experience was surprisingly pleasant. Met at the desk warmly by Ashley. After a short onboarding, was introduced to Chelsea. She was absolutely great to to work with and I highly recommend her for deep tissue massage.

This place is good if you are a soccer Mom or some other type. If you are a working person go to the Asians. And the therapist Jenna has the personality of 1950’s wallpaper

Relaxing experience and was easy to book online and get an appointment the day of! Staff was friendly and welcoming. Parking was located in a large lot next to the building. I ended up getting the 12 month membership which allows a 1hr time slot each month at a discounted rate.Highly recommend this business

I received a massage here as a Christmas gift! Boy, oh boy was I long over due for a massage. It was a perfect gift. Massage envy texted a reminder to my cell and confirmed the appointment when I replied to the text. The lobby entrance is located on the Waterman Street side of a large building, just about in the middle. Check-in at the large reception desk just inside. One of the staff confirmed my appointment and lead me to an area just off the lobby where she asked several questions related to my appointment: Areas of concern, pressure preferred, allergies to be aware of, health concerns, etc. After signing a waiver, I was brought around the corner to their waiting area. Lemon water is available here. Lighting is very low, soft music plays. A faux fireplace lends a nice glow. The building temperature is a bit warm, which you'll appreciate while getting a massage. My practitioner came to get me a couple of minutes after my appointment time, but I did get my full hour appointment. Restrooms are available for use before or after your appointment. My massage preferences were briefly discussed again, she left the room so I could change and dimmed the lights. Soothing music is piped throughout the building. My experience here was good. The staff are friendly and professional. The receptionist did try to sell me a membership before I left, which I declined. Everything was clean, it felt like a safe environment and I felt amazing after my appointment.

The facial was good but beware that when they entice you to get a 90 minute massage it only lasts an hour and 4 minutes.... disappointed that they try to justify it not lasting 90 minutes... or even close... sort of a scam when you look at it
