Sales associate Diva is only friendly if you are shopping. I’ve returned merchandise twice and each time she has been very short, cold, and had an incredibly poor attitude. Receipts state returns are within 60 days and I was told “sometimes it’s 30, sometimes it’s 60” despite reiterating the store policies at her own job. Very disappointing experience.

My Mom purchased a Men’s Long-Sleeve Western Cut Shirt with Snap Closures from Lucy via Luckybrand.com which cost approximately $80. She gave it to me in December 2020 as a Christmas gift. At Christmas I opened the packaging and tried on the shirt, which fit fine. I thoroughly examined it and it appeared to be in perfect condition. Because the shirt was medium weight and it was the middle of winter (I live in the Northeast), it was too thin to wear so I packed it away. The beginning of this fall (2021) I took out the unworn shirt and washed it. Today I wore the shirt for the 1st time. I wore it for 2 hours then when taking it off the top-most snap closure fell off. It was obviously defective. Upon contacting Lucky customer support and having my call escalated from customer service, to supervisor to, to manager. The only thing Lucky would do is tell me I’m SOL and take it to a tailor. I explained again that the snap must have been defective to no avail. After threatening to leave a negative review on Google and contact my State’s Attorney General, I was offered 25% off my next purchase. In conclusion it’s seems apparent the quality of their very increasingly pricey merchandise has sharply declined; their customer service is appalling. I would no longer recommend this brand to anyone. BUYER BEWARE!

Not a friendly staff. Limited selection. Didn't have underwear and tshirts, a staple in any store. No gift boxes. Limited sizes in everything. If you are small or XXL and don't wear underwear or white tshirts this is the store for you!

I am so disappointed in this store. I started going there to shop because someone I knew went there and bought me a pair of jeans that I absolutely adore and were the only pair of jeans I wore for a very long time because of the way they fit so nicely to my form. I have always been really critical of my size and stature so to find a pair of jeans that were amazing was just that, simply amazing. But then about 9 months ago I had spent a small fortune on a pair of jean shorts that I bought for my sister. It was winter time, so she kept them in the box that I had orginally given to her. Anyway, so recently the weather just started to get nice so she went and opened the box to wear them. Unfortunately she did not like the size and asked me if I could exchange them. No problem. Only thing is, when I had given them to her, I had removed the tags and the receipt is buried somewhere. I went into the store anyway to try to exchange them for the size she wants. No such luck. The sales girl was even able to pull the original receipt to see that I had purchased them. But because they were over 9 months old, she was like, nope, sorry, your s*** out of luck. Suffice to say, I don't recommend anyone going there. They have the most ridiculous return policy, especially for clothes that expensive. It saddens me, I paid a lot for those shorts, they were in perfect condition, they just didn't have the original tags. It makes me wonder how people who receive clothes there as a gift exchange things. AND, on top of it she tried to sell me the same jean shorts again because they were having a 40% off sale. What is up with that??? Like I said, I don't recommend going to this store or making any purchases.

Five stars to Kyle for helping my husband and I. Excellent customer service. He answered all of our questions, got us multiple sizes and knows a lot about how jeans should look and fit. Will definitely return. Great quality clothing.

I was in today and the ladies were so incredibly helpful. I bought sale items for work because I won't spend as much as I would for my real life. I appreciated it a ton. Fit perfectly. Thanks gals

I have only written a few reviews on here over a pretty significant period. That's because an establishment or service that I visit has to have really stood out (whether good or bad) for me to take the time to post my experience. That being said, this Lucky Brand Jeans store did just that! I popped in almost on a whim to see if they had any thin outerwear for me to wear to work on those days that are too cold to just wear my buttoned-down shirt, yet not cold enough to warrant my heavy pea coat. Immediately I was greeted by a cheerful staff asking if I needed help finding anything, which i turned down, as I merely wanted to do a quick scan of the store (to see if they sold what I was looking for) before heading back to the escalator, and ultimately home. I found my way to the back and checked out some of the sale items and soon had a question for the staff. It was Allie who helped me. She went out of her way to not only check the back for something I was thinking about purchasing, but also toured the store with me showing me a bunch of deals that I hadn't noticed on my way in. Overall I was in the store maybe 20 minutes, and for fifteen of them Allie helped me find exactly what I was looking for. As a customer, that is the kind of service you can only hope for but rarely get. Because of their Great deals and Incredible service (thanks to Allie), I will definitely be a returning customer as well as refer my family and friends to shop there as well. I'm so glad i stopped into Lucky Brand Jeans before leaving the Providence Place Mall. It was an overall fantastic experience, and i highly recommend. So from this random reviewer, Thanks for reading!

Staff was super friendly!! We were looking for a belt, went to so many stores in the mall and should have just come right here. The quality of their product is excellent, they were also having a sale which helped but if you are looking for quality clothing that will last it is well worth coming here. I can't wait to return to try on their jeans, I know I will be hooked!

What a great Lucky Store at Providence Place! I don't wear the jeans as much, but the T-Shirt selection and belts are always on point. It's always great to drop in here every couple of months because their T-Shirt inventory changes so much. I love all the hip designs and they are so soft and really don't shrink. Buy accordingly...you really don't need to size up.with these quality T"s....

Love their Jeans selection. Blue, Black, Gray, faded, etc. Most of the time they have the right Waist / Inseam pair .... Store is small compared to other ones in the country, but still ..it has most of the basic styles people look for.
