By FAR the best, most responsive pharmacy in business in New England. Also the least expensive, especially if you don't have prescription insurance.

Normally they are excellent. Nice people good service. However I gave them three stars today because I've encountered some difficulties with them the past few days. It might be the fault of all sorts of regulations that they have to follow. But I was scolded on the phone about protocols and being an imposition upon them when I was being very polite. If I were doing such a job I would listen rather than berate. Turning frustration into anger doesn't benefit anybody. They would ÑOT listen to the me and talked over my repeated comments in agreement and reassurances that I understood.

I worked at a retail pharmacy chain for 6 years and not once did I see the level of care the pharmacists and techs at the Miriam provide on a regular basis. What really stuck out to me was after my son was born, my wife needed a script, the doctor called in the wrong amount but the pharmacist, understanding the urgency of the request, followes up multiple times with the doctor and us until it was resolved. Just don't lol. We get the text messages everytime saying the script is ready and when I get here it's not ready. Or I have to stand there and wait while they figure out where it is. Usually it's “not checked†or I got a “false pickup textâ€. Seems like there's always a reason why the prescription isn't ready when they had a week to 2 weeks to take care of it. This is the 5th time in a row something wasn't right. I didn't feel like just coming on here and writing a bad review just to write a bad review haha. I've never ever had a problem with CVS so I think we will stick with getting all the family members medications filled there..
