I've seen several stylists at Ky Michaels over the years, as my availability can be tricky, but they always get me in for an appointment that will work with my schedule.
Sophia is fantastic! She is very flexible and offers guidance whenever I am looking for a change. Her technique is great, and I always feel comfortable.

Ky Michael's is the only place I trust to get my hair done. The salon is has a clean and happy environment, offering snacks and water upon arrival. I am super picky when it comes to my hair and I have had 0 complaints over the past 3 years I have went. The salon is professional, but all the stylists are personable and you feel more than welcomed. Amazing establishment!

10/10! I get my hair cut by Danielle and she works magic! I have THICK, course-ish, shoulder length wavy hair and each time I visit Danielle, she refreshes the shape, while maintaining the length (I’m still growing it out from a bob), and leaves me with a lush, bouncy cut that lasts for months! The salon itself is really lovely; all the folks who work there are kind, courteous pros, and the location is great too. THANK YOU!

Best hair salon of Providence! I finally found the best hair dresser that every time gives me amazing hair color!! I have been seeing Sophia for several months and every time she gives me the perfect hair color . In addition my hair looks healthier than ever although I touch up every month. I have tried other salons in the area and no one could understand my hair color and I would leave frustrated. Since the first time here Sophia understood what I wanted and always does an amazing job! Thank you!!

By far one of the best, if not in all of New England, most certainly locally, hair salons. The attention to detail, client service, and the genuine care every single one of these employees places on a client is literally second to none. I've been coming here for almost 10 years and I want to thank you, Ky, and your team, for never once skipping a beat! Leslie is a 10/10 stylist with an amazing personality! Her care and attention to detail is unmatched! She took my crazy unmanageable hair and transformed it completely. this salon is excellent!!! they have products inside you can purchase which is very convenient! no one is pushy! everyone is very helpful! they did an incredible job on my hair and i am so excited to go back! i have tried so many salons but have not found any as perfect as this one! they take time with your hair and give you recommendations if you are looking for any new shampoos and stuff like that! best salon ever!
