This malicious guy was very thoughtless and ill-mannered he was not helpful at all in fact it took me flashing him cash to get anything done. He was extremely difficult about letting me get my wallet out of the car because it had been towed by State police and I have not yet registered the truck I had just bought it just under two weeks prior they finally agreed to let me go to the truck and get this bill of sale out of the glove box and told his assistant that as long as the papers matched my name on my ID I could get what I wanted out of the truck however his assistant who brought me there did not remember hearing that part and I had to go all the way back to this guy which you can hear in the video was the only way to get anything done so when the assistant returned he told him that I could go down there and all I can grab would be my wallet even though I was very focused on getting the seizure medication for my niece

Sucks to be towed, but K&B were great. Processed me quickly and even gave me a ride to the separate location where my car was located!

Tried on THREE occasions to get on their schedule for a vehicle inspection, which is literally just putting my name and vehicle type on the calendar on the wall next to the desk, but because I called in the first or last half hour of the work day I was repeatedly told to call back the next day during business hours. Why answer the phone *during your posted business hours, no less* just to tell someone to call back another day. No thanks, sir, you've wasted my time over and over again and I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I have called them three times to schedule an inspection DURING THEIR POSTED WORK HOURS and been told that because it was in the first or last half hour of their business hours it wasn't in their business hours. I'm taking my business elsewhere. WHY ANSWER THE PHONE DURING YOUR POSTED HOURS IF YOU DON'T WANT MY BUSINESS?

Very professional and courteous was there for oil change and they rotated tires checked the brakes and topped off windshield washer fluid this shop is very busy but fast they also tow for the state police and providence police as well plus maintain state vehicles and many fleet vehicles awesome job and the bill didn't kill me the owner Larry is constantly on the phone ordering parts and helping customers plus working side by side with his employee's with any problems or questions about a diagnosis he has a great crew there
