Outstanding service consistently, every stay! This definitely is a go to lodging option if you need a convenient location paired with excellent service. Max at the front desk will go above and beyond to make sure your needs are taken care of and Maurice with his team will ensure your room is always in great shape. GM Shawn and AGM Jeff are doing a great job at this property. Well done!

Typical Nice lobby & old dated rooms. Dusty low vibrational room. No fridge no microwave. Small, no adequate storage. I'm confused as to why Hilton brand is going so down, but the conglomerate makes so much money sad. Good location . Being a Diamond member is different than what it used to beRooms: Old, dated, carpet, moldy or mildew smell.

The sheets were not clean on the bed, and the room was shabby and outdated. Not at all what I expect when staying at a Hilton.Additionally, there are now 4, yes 4, holds on my card for various amounts on a room I already paid for. I understand having a hold when you use hotels, but this is beyond excessive and seems very suspicious. It would have been better for my family to not be bothered with a hotel and just driven the 2 hours each way home. It would have been cheaper.

Nice hotel. My room was rather dated. Clean, but nothing really different than a standard hotel

Front desk staff was so kind and friendly!!! Stopped to drop a couple of things off for a friend staying there, and I was definitely great service. Thank you!!! I didn't see the rooms, but the hotel was clean, well decorated, and the staff ?

In agreement with most other reviews, only the staff deserve the stars. The hotel is lacking, dated and is due for major repair and restoration.

They have to be careful because it is combined with maintenance to charge you $280 for a scratch in the bathroom and they wanted to hit one of them. I was able to discuss the case and they gave me my money back. If they find something that you didn't do, they will hit it on you. and they take the money from your card without your permission

We chose him for a Journey concert in theSand that is next to it. It was a good choice. The rooms look somewhat dated, but they serve the purpose.

So much to say and most of it is average or poor.• Hotel room had no real temperature control and rooms were way, way too hot.• Beds small. For a couple, this was site. It was a full, not a queen.• No microwave.• Had to ask for a fridge.• The parking garage...oh the parking garage. There's no stairs from the lower level; you have to walk all the way around the ramp yourself and then have to push a cart over a giant bump. All that for $29 a day to park.• Forget breakfast as it was crazy expensive at $18 a day. For breakfast. Not for lunch, not for dinner. For breakfast.• There's not even complimentary coffee! Fine, we'll make it ourselves in our room. No, not so easy. We asked for creamer three times and it didn't arrive. Asked for coffee and got multiple packets of decaf. Who wants decaf unless they ask for it?I'm a Hilton customer most of the time but this property isn't great.Rooms: Small, hot, not great.Walkability: The only positive is this area is VERY walkable. Federal Hill is right there, so is the Arts district and a ton of restaurants and bars. The arena is next door. And Brown is about an easy 20-minute walk.

Visited this Hilton again on 02/17/2024. Last time. Again, front desk staff was good. But what is striking is that this property masqarades as a 4-star property. It is not.Charge $29 for parking when so spaces are available. The bar area is run by someone who would be better suited at a KFC. Her staff are the only thing that keeps this from being a bigger $hit show than it already is.Do yourself a favor and visit the Federal Taphouse and Kitchen down the road. You will see the night and day difference. Some pics from the Hilton barThe front desk check in was outstanding. The rooms are what one would expect from a Hilton.Where this place completely misses the mark is the food and beverage. We order cilantro lime salad which was as bland and unremarkable as can be. We ordered the ribeye steak sandwich was a joke. The hoagie bun was not fresh. But the unbelievable thing is that it showed up as a chopped steak sandwich!! If you want to sell a chopped steak sandwich then fix your menu. Fries were unseasoned and a waste of time. The next morning, we were looking for room service. The number to the restaurant goes straight to voicemail. The front desk says that we have to order in person and then take to room. We walk down to the restaurant to order and are told they are not taking any orders, that they only offer buffet. This Hilton should look for a new Food and Beverage Director.Food & drinks: The good and beverage brings this Hilton down.

This is a great hotel I f you are attending an event at the Amica Arena (you can’t get closer). It’s also a short walk Atwells Avenue to the restaurants. My only misgiving is that I was there at a time of high demand and the price was significantly higher than normal. In hindsight, I would’ve spent the extra $40 and gone with one of the premium hotels nearby. My room was clean, but dated. Parking was convenient and cheaper than most hotels in the area. The fitness center was very basic. Generally nothing to complain about. It’s well worth the normal room cost.
