Convenient location by the river.
Rooms: Clean, well appointed rooms. Tv, fridge, microwave...nice spacious bathroom.

The location was great. It was right off the highway easy on easy off however it doesn’t make sense that a nice hotel like this has a stopped up sink. I went to the front desk several times and the sink was still stopped up. It is very disgusting and unsanitary to be brushing your teeth and the water from the sink is splashing up in your face so I won’t ever stay at this hotel again with that said I went to the manager and nothing was done to resolve this issue so this place is now blacklisted.

I took coffee in the spacious lobby.
Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked.
The staff were very polite and helpful.
I noticed it's a sparkling clean place.
Located In a marvelous location with Ocean view.

Annoying experience from start to finish. Sleeper sofa should be called an Iron Maiden. Good luck with that… my guest had to go back inside at midnight because the parking ticket wouldn’t scan to pay , never again!

Paid for “in-room snacks and drinks, replenished daily”. As of August 2024, “ever since the pandemic” they don’t put drinks and snacks in your room. But they still charge you for it. About $8/day is no big deal but false advertisement is false advertisement. Won’t issue refund but will offer you 2 snacks and 2 drinks from the lobby!! Bathroom doors in the room don’t have locks so consider that if you travel with children. Most disappointing part for me was front desk staff. They were so depressed. No smile, no greetings, and they visibly appeared bothered by people when checking in as if their dog died. Room was small. Breakfast was good but again the server was too busy talking to someone; guests were not the priority. Overall professionalism is lacking all around. Hotel location is great! Room was fairly clean. Parking spots in the garage too tight!!

Booked for 4 nights with Priceline. Stayed the first night, and had to leave to another hotel in the morning. It was smelly, carpets were lifting, and hotel was full of dogs. My wife's asthma was triggered, and she could not stop coughing. Lost my money and booked another hotel.

Bad experience all the way around. We arrived with our family to discover the room that we had reserved nearly 3 months in advance was "double booked" so we sat in the hallway of the hotel for about 45 minutes at 2:00 am in the morning, waiting for the extremely rude manager to try to "figure something out for us." We were made to feel like an inconvenience the entire trip. When they finally found a room, it was a single king and not a double queen, so my kiddos had to sleep on an extra mattress they found - on the floor of the room. The room they "found" for us was not cleaned, had dirty towels on the floor of the bathroom. They gave us no discount but basically to to push through, by giving us a breakfast coupon for 2 free "below average continental breakfasts' in the lobby "restaurant" if you can call it that. Hotel provided no compensation and still charged full price. Horrible experience for our entire family, and crappy way to start a 6 day trip to the Cape.

The fire alarm has gone off 4 times during my stays. Twice in the middle of the night. This stay fire alarm went off while I was sleeping and the past 3 days the hotel has been without cream for coffee. I like the location for work but this is ridiculous.

I have stayed at his hotel many times over the past couple of years, the food is good, especially the breakfast and the rooms are comfortable, but only when the fire alarm if not going off !! ....I've had 3 instances now when the fire alarm has gone off at various times, the first at 2:30 am, in Nov. 2023 when somebody apparently stole copper piping from one of the ice machines, which resulted in flooding on the 5th or 6th floor, which in turn shorted-out the alarm for several hours, meaning I got zero sleep.
it happened again on Wednesday 26th June, 2024, initially at 6:00 pm and then again at 9:00 pm etc. resulting in 2 chaotic, confusing, un-coordinated evacuations, with no direction / leadership from any of the staff, I went to the parking lot and watched the fire trucks arrive, but a lot of guests were just hanging out in the lobby or the bar, suffering the 110 decibel alarm !,
I can't risk staying here again, so, reluctantly I am looking for another hotel for my next visit to RI.
Please, please, please get your alarm system serviced by somebody who knows what they are doing !, as you can't subject your guests to this kind of disruption without any sort of apology the next day and expect people to come back !, standing on the parking lot wondering if it's a real fire or just another false alarm with 'zero' direction / communication from the staff is not good !!. Evacuation should be mandatory in the event of an alarm, not an individual choice made by each guest, somebody should be trained to take the lead and ensure guests are out of the building etc.. I shudder to think what would happen in the event of a real emergency and not just another, "oops, our alarm went off again", yes, it does that", scenario ....
in summary, sort this mess out before somebody gets hurt !!

Great, start to finish. Super friendly and helpful staff, especially the nighttime security guard who gave us lovely recommendations for the surrounding area. Everything was immaculately clean, from the guest rooms to the common areas that were constantly being maintained. Location couldn't have been better, directly next door to the Narrangasat Brewery and literally minutes away from the River Walk and all the sights, restaurants and shops of downtown. We usually look for new places to try every trip but we will for sure return here!

Great location, beautiful harbor view, very clean, super helpful and friendly front desk and cafeteria staff. Harbor park in front of the hotel is great for walking and biking.
