With the ratings that it has I honestly was worried whether or not the bus was going to show. It did was on time we saw it pull up and drive away thought i was in the wrong area so I went around to the front building just to realize it was not there was on its way back when I was walking back towards the benches. Made it just in time and the bus driver was definitely very kind helped me load my bag onto the bus & checked us in. Don't let the bad reviews get to you ??? you'll be okay and make it home. Sometimes they are late but have to keep in mind they are coming from other areas this is not the only stop. Enjoy your travels & stay safe ??

App says “on time” for 10:10 trip…continues to say on time until 10:34…when they text saying they are running late (No duh)… but now anticipated pickup time in 11:36. You can’t tell me they didn’t know they we running 1 1/2 hours late earlier. Horrible start.

Absolutely horrendous. Missed a connection, sure they guarantee another bus, but could be HOURS. On the way to DC we missed a connection (not the drivers fault, but missed it nonetheless). The bus driver was screaming at another Flixbus employee saying he was gonna end up in the hospital. We almost got stranded in the tiny alley like pick up area in the middle of NYC. Fortunately the angry bus driver put us on some other unmarked bus...On our way back to Providence we missed the connection again due to traffic. Sure they guaranteed another bus but it would take us 10 hours to get to Providence. And leave us waiting in this tiny alley in NYC after dark. Flixbus schedules too many busses and not enough time in between. Like doctors who overschedule. Never ever again. ALSO beware of GREYHOUND because THEY are who I booked with and THEY passed us along to flixbus unbeknownst to us until after tickets were purchased. NEVER EVER AGAIN. EVERY Flixbus driver should quit and go work somewhere else. I REALLY wish I had read these reviews before i booked

Horrible consumer hostile service. If the customer encounters problems and needs to change their arrangements, they are faced with unreasonable, inflexible terms. One day prior is a $20 fee but on the day of you lose the ticket fee.However, if it's GREYHOUND'S fault and the trip is cancelled, you will not get a refund for 7-14 days. This means that when I spent my last $100 to see my grandma who had contracted covid and greyhound cancelled the trip, by the time I got my refund it was too late and she was hospitalized and on a ventilator. This company is a terrible toxic corporation that gets away with awful business practice because they are pretty much a monopoly in the USA.

Horrible Experience! They turned it in to a hospital,you need to buy your tickets online!! We didn't know that and got dropped off there and it was friggin so cold. No plan "b"... Just got lucky... God was looking out for us!!! Be prepared if you are trying to take Greyhound Bus from Providence!

It will get you where you are going at a cheap price. Was packed both ways. Very uncomfortable as a tall person. This location is pretty bad. Just a very small sign in almost an alley way. All the major parking locations are closed. Had to park at the mall but that's the city's issue. I would gladly pay extra to not take this bus again but if I had to it seems reliable enough.... The ride back the bus had a strong smell of urine and the outlets by my seat would not work. There also seems to be no functioning phone numbers.

Very hard to find.not 1 single sign saying that it is a greyhound bus stop. 5 signs saying peter pan bus stop. Bus late 30 minutes.

No sign indicating where greyhound picks up. It’s across the street around the corner with the Peter Pan line. Greyhound picks up at Peter Pans pickup

Place is outside a parking garage in a tunnel. No safe place to wait. Very dirty and homeless people sleeping on the benches. Just awesome ??
