HORRIBLE BUSINESS!First off they don’t speak English2nd they sold me a tire with a cracked rim and it flew off the rim while driving on the highway. I’m writing this as I’m sitting in the breakdown lane keep in mind I pointed out to the mechanic that this would happen and he assured me it wouldn’t. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE AND MONEY!!! These are SCAM ARTISTS

Awful attitude on phone asked what time they closed said 6PM I hope you’re the owner buddy wouldn’t like if your employees were closing your business sooner assuming the google time is right.

Bought 2 tires for my daughter's Jeep. Great service, good used tires. I recommend them if you need replacement tires. The tires might not be brand new, but they are definitely good for a tight budget.

I received dry rotted tires, had a major blowout on the Mass Pike the next day.I went to Great Value Tires on my vacation …. I was anOut of state plate victim.I’ve been to 6 different reputable auto shops to confirm the condition of the tires and have it in writing.They could have cost lives putting these tires on my vehicle.When approached, they lashed out calling me a“Karen”!!!Well, I still have the tires in hand for further inspection and evidence. I wrote to the Highway Safety Commission, have the tow receipt from the date of the blowout, and contacted the police officer that helped me on the highway. There was no shoulder on the highway.She put her blue lights on and stayed behind me till the tow guy came.It was too UNSAFE to wait for Triple AThis is ALL going to be presented.If when they were first confronted, they had apologized and refunded me instead of lashing out the Karen insult…… this review would of never surfaced.

Providence is a better option for tires & services.Where you would be treated respectfully.Im sure tires are also cheaper! Anywhere is cheaper than that place actually!Go somewhere where you won't be laughed at or talked down upon.AVOID if your big on preserving energy!!!-Negative star rating!!!

Over charge me put false parts on receipt to get more money for the job. I said why the bill so high he said his time. When a machine diagnose your vehicle there supposed to call an tell you what's wrong with the car. He noticed me about one part I gave him the ok. Go to pick up the car he had to put two false parts never noticed me about an no receipt for the two parts stating he bought the parts. Just added them to the receipt never again.
