Great customer service. However if you need to cash a check from fidelity " investments" not fidelity bank. There is no bank branch you can walk into and cash the check.

They've done well managing my 401k, but when I went to move it to a rollover, they're was a $25 fee for the privilege of getting my money. After they've made plenty of my accounts over the years.

I have had two phone calls with Dane in this office so far. He's fantastic- very patient and explains things over and over (which I need). I appreciate his organized approach and the time spent on educating someone with little knowledge on investments so that I feel empowered to do with my money what I want!
