SHAME, SHAME, SHAME on you Family Dollars Ownership across the board for caring so little about your employee's and customer's safety simultaneously in chasing the all mighty Dollar+.
I was so horrified today as I witnessed a customer unleashing a barrage of derogatory slurs and threats of bodily harm on a little person and then steal $20 as the embarrassed, scared employee stood helpless; I looked around for the "What Would You Do" cameras.
What exactly would have the camera signs have done to help her? Why was she alone in the store and how could I a disabled person have left a fellow Woman alone in that situation? After attending an inspirational Sunday Mass, I couldn't have imagined the sadness & anger that was about to shake my equilibrium and make me question how we have been reduced to treating our fellow man... Shameful but Hopeful

Unorganized, spring-summer things came in and the boxes hasn't been put away, the first couple of times I went in they had no bags to take your things in?? So I had to buy a bag?? Like I said very unorganized

Some prices are too high. For family dollar. I brought soap and 20 cents for tax. 1 bar of soap. $3.00. You see I am paying taxes. So stop complaining. Merry Christmas ? and Happy New Years.

Standing outside locked doors after hours posted being 8. Security devices go through packaged clothing destroying products and prices posted arent always correct, fun sticker shock. Employees clean and polite, on most visits. Lacking variety on off brand canned goods.

They used to be a good place but they have barely stopped their shelves and when you go in there you can't have a certain amount of money because they don't have the change for it it's outrageous how bad it has slipped

Staff is over worked delivery such as dairy cooler items left in the middle of isles with cooler doors open while Cashier is to busy with customers to put items away.. need to add a person on delivery days not a good look. The employees are very nice! Should allow management more manpower at certain times
