They are supposed to close the store at exactly 10:00 p.m. and they have the doors closed when I got there at 10:58

Went in on lunch break. Store had boxes everywhere, cashier was soooooo slow literally 2 people in front of me and it took 20 minutes ....

It’s now 8:40 am and this place still isn’t open. It’s supposed to open at 8am. This is so unprofessional. And then gonna have the nerve to close 15-20 min early everyday smh

Lockes their doors 15 mins early all the time. Never closes at 10pm .. the doors are at 9:45… 9:50pm the latest.

This Family Dollar is across the parking lot from the Aldi on Smith St, which I frequent. The store is a bit small and it has entry doors on the sides of the facade, not on the front of it, so it makes it for a bit of an awkward entrance. I go in a few times a month to check out value stuff and last time I got some health care items for cheap. Nice lady working the cash register, very helpful and chatty.

Prices ring up for wayyyyyy more than advertised in store. Constantly. In every department, not just one discrepancy.How is that legal? I have been overcharged so many times.Beside that, it's always a mess and you can't get a cart around. Maybe if FD paid a living wage they'd have enough staff to update prices and stock shelves....

It’s actually stocked and pretty clean. But if you want your shopping experience with your 4yo son accompanied by someone playing loud “explicit” hiphop music over there Bluetooth speaker then this is the family dollar for you! Haha. All I listen to is hiphop the same music but there’s a time and a place for it.
