I spoke to a person in sales as I needed assistance with sizing I provided measurements and in turn the person stated I would need to order Size Large for the garment. I wanted to ensure to get correct sizing as they do not offer exchanges and/or refund should have been a red flag. I paid 140 or the item without tax and shipping and the garment is extremely small. I have other shape wear that I bought in Florida sizes small and medium and they fit perfectly. I called the number listed and sent a message through messenger to the store and no response. I think I will contact the attorney general office here in Connecticut

Excellent service. I called to make sure store was open, left a voice message and store owner called me back. Very pleasant lady. My daughter Emily and I made it to the store. Store easy to find. We found parking in front of store. Owner gave us her full attention, she is very knowledgeable of the different fajas, my daughter and I walked out of there very happy. Store has a variety of different merchandise besides fajas. A recommended this store if you want to make a good investment on a faja that is going to fit your body size and a good lasting material. It was worth traveling from Mass to R.I.

Despite all the good reviews!! This store is not great. I got to the store @ 12 noon and called and text to see if they where opening for the day. I watch may women come and leave. Bc: they where (CLOSED)I was told she was at the doctors store didn’t open till 2pm it says 11am. And I’m not happy with the faja I purchased she did not even help me fasten my faja told her I was one month post-op. Take your own measurements and order elsewhere 100%
