I purchased a gorgeous white gown at F. Bianco that I wore as my wedding dress. Florence has so many beautiful gowns, dresses & carefully curated items in her shop. She was so kind and even hemmed the dress for me so that it was ready to wear on my wedding day.

A wonderful find in RI. I discovered this boutique in Wayland Square and was so impressed with the owner who is knowledgeable about the fashion industry, quality clothing and offers a varied selection to accommodate and inspire her customers (regulars and new). I’m refreshed for Spring/Summer in fabulous linens. Heading there soon for Fall Winter. Bravo Florence.

This is one of my favorite stores in Providence. Amazing pieces you can’t get elsewhere. Friendly expertise and tailoring when necessary. Florence loves what she does and appreciates her loyal clients and it shows. She gives honest advice which I appreciate and I always look forward to visiting F Bianco!

Beautiful boutique in the heart of Wayland Square. Quality clothing and a wonderful store owner whoknows her stuff. You can find one of a kind pieces and a beautiful environment in an era where this kind of store doesn’t exist.....It’s all here in Providence!

As much as I am a fan of Wayland Square and wanting businesses to make it here, I do not like this shop or it's owner. I've been into the store twice in the year and a half that I've been in Providence and have found the goods to be exorbitantly overpriced. $700 for a jersey dress? It would be fine if the dress was worth that. A dress that was my size and I would of tried on was "too much dress for me". Great way to sell clothes. After that I was pretty much dismissed from the store, even though no one else was in there. And supposedly they have been "so busy" even though clothes from the window months ago are still hanging around. Go to Dorothy Williams instead. They are right around the corner and so much nicer!

I understood that F Bianco had fantastic dresses so I sent my 17 year old daughter and her 17 year old friend to F Bianco for homecoming dance dresses. They picked out a few to try on and were the store had a policy of not letting anyone under 18 to try on clothing. Well let me tell you it angered me because both of the 17 year olds are excellent young ladies. My daughter works a part time job at $14 an hour. Her friend works part time AND pays for her new car with monthly payments. Both girls are honor students at their high school. I called the store and spoke to Florence. "It's store policy to have a parent with an 18 and younger CUSTOMER to trying on clothes. Teenage girls try on clothes and leave them on the floor." to which I replied not all teenage girls are the same. She should have a sign on the door that under 18 shopping without an adult shouldn't bother coming in to shop because you can't try them on. Too bad she turned them away because when the time comes for another dance and another dress we WILL not give them a thought! Geez see that blond over there, she leaves clothes on the floor so now all blondes cannot try on F Bianco's clothing! Get the point?

I went in to this boutique today to look for a dress for my friends senior prom and the dresses there were beautiful! However, the woman working the register came up and told me that i had to have a parent with me in order to be in the store which i totally understood since it was a policy and she was just going by it. I am 19 turning 20 this year and I politely told the woman that I am over 18 and she still told me i could not stay. It wasnt like i was throwing things everywhere and making a mess in the store. I did accidentally drop a hanger but that was it. We were probably there for like 3 minutes. I just don't understand why they would not let someone who is old enough go into a tattoo parlor and get a tattoo on their own buy a silly dress. Saying that a 20 year old woman needs their mom to be with them to buy a dress is ridiculous. Its really too bad.. there was this dress that I really did like and was planning on getting but after that I dont think i'll be coming back.

Flo's boutique is awesome and fashion-forward. She has beautiful clothes- everything from casual tops and jeans to suits and formal dresses. The best part is, you won't see anyone else wearing anything that you wear! Flo provides the best customer service. She will tailor anything for you and she will accessorize you from head to toe! Everything I purchase here I get compliments on! The best part is a lot of the stuff is classic and if you buy the right pieces, you can wear them throughout the seasons! I absolutely love this store!
