Terrible! Scheduled an at home draw twice and the phlebotomist called to postpone the appointment 5 minutes before she arrived ! I was forced to cancel my weekend plans to wait for her and even then, she was an hour late!

Showed up at 4p on a Friday for pre employment drug testing only to be told they stop at 3:30p. Now my start date has been pushed up! Both my lab slip and their website say 8 - 5p M- F very unprofessional so say the least!

I had to get an exam here on two different occasions. Both times no one was even in the office. Unprofessional!
