Terrible place! Terrible service!
If I could give a zero star, I would.
I took my car to this place for a noise that was coming from the left front tire. After a couple of hours, they called and said it was ready. Upon picking up the car, I immediately heard the noise. I asked for the guy to take a ride with me and the whole time pretended like he couldn’t hear the noise that was clearly there and anyone with ears could hear. After saying he couldn’t hear anything, he then proceeded the saying that he heard it but it was a small noise. And then minutes later, went back to saying he did not hear anything. I tried talking to the other person there and that person went on to take the side of that other guy without even going for a test drive. He told me he didn’t have 1 minute to take a ride with me around the corner but stood there for 10+ minutes defending the guy who went for the test drive and lied. Even after I told him that the guy admitted hearing it, he tried to tell me it was a language barrier and the guy didn’t know what he was saying. I would never go back to this place and I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. They are terrible and not trust worthy.

Don't get me wrong, they do great work but they really need to get someone in there that can translate and I'm not saying that in a bad way. I brought my SUV in to them because I had an oil leak from them previously changing my oil and also something was making noise on my passenger side when driving. The mechanic is a sweet guy but he doesn't translate english to well. He fixed the oil problem but car was still making noise on the drivers side so I took it to another mechanic. Come to find out, I had a rust hole in my exhaust which was leaking into my AC system. The mechanic told me that whoever the mechanic was that changed my oil would have noticed this because it's right next to the oil pan and it's deadly to drive around not knowing and a mechanic with morals would have told me this. He said they don't have to but a good one would have. I was very disappointed because the location is convenient to where I live.Service: Oil change

I like these guys. They do the work you ask them to do, and send you on your way. They don't hold you up with a list of tedious things that they insist need to be done.If you know what your car needs then bring it to these guys to do it.

My brakes gave out en route to Maine from upstate NY. Emely's fixed it quickly and very reasonably. Great service, very friendly. I've now recommended them to all my friends & family in Providence.Service: Auto brake replacement

Windshield wiper fluid line had a leak and did not work. I pulled up to shop and the mechanic came out, found the leak made by a mouse. He diagnosed, and replaced section of hose within 10 minutes at no charge. I did pay him for his time and great service. I appreciate the old school, honest, customer comes first business style. If I could give ZERO stars I would! A woman going to a mechanic is frustrating already thinking they’re going to try and get over, but I go to Emely Auto Service and am told I need over $700 in parts repaired and the labor would be over $300. Of course I obliged because I need a car, but I asked for a list of parts that I need in the effort to alleviate the cost of the parts. I purchase the parts bring my car back to Emely Auto Service at 9:00am Monday waited all day thinking my car was being worked on. I get a call from them at 4:00 pm, telling me the parts I purchased were all wrong. I’ll take responsibility for getting the incorrect parts because when I took a closer look at my receipt it was for a Toyota Rav 4 and not a Toyota 4Runner BUT what type of business is going to wait all day to start a 300+ job?? I’m beyond annoyed and will not be returning.Service: Steering/Suspension

They helped me right away. I had my car towed there and that were closing and was a Saturday. They said that they were going to have the ready for Monday evening because they don't open sundays and they are closing. I mentioned to them that I do uber and my car is my bread and butter that I need my car asap. "Please"! It wasn't that late on Saturday It was around 4:30pm. The mecanic said ok. Come back at 7pm. It will be done. I returned at 7 amd it was done. Didnt charge me extra justvthe normal fee. I got right back to work. Very pleased with Emelys and theyre service.

Great dudes quick service and considering how I was being told I had a much bigger problem by another guy and these guys found the problem and fixed it for an 8th of the cost
