I've used their services for many years. I have shipped well over 50 shipments, couches, boxes, tables, chairs, you name it. I have never had one thing broken or lost. on one or 2 occasions, I have had a wet box due to very bad weather here in the DR, not their fault, maybe 'blame' the guy upstairs. Great service, good prices!! Keep it up Tim and Kenny.
