Ill start by saying I was impressed how clean they keep the facility after each client. Kimberly Fontes was my PT and she was absolutely amazing and so attentive. I would refer anyone who is looking for PT to go to Elite especially the one on Charles Street in Providence!

Must have been a bad day. Bad Intake, no exam, no plan, no followup. Survey taken at end seemed to indicate they thought they'd have very limited success with my very common back pain. Then super bad billing experience. No good.
