“I really usually hate coming to this location the people that are usually there just make you not want to be there && only go when I’m tired to don’t feel like traveling further and it’s close by ..but I went there wed night . When Ashley was working . I had to switch my daughters line to another phone after she broke hers. There was only one person when I got there && within minutes the store filled with 5 more & Ashley was the only one there and it was about an hour to til closing . She was so friendly and helpful to every single customer . She really went above and beyond and made my whole experience great , since I wasn’t happy mt daughter broke her phone to begin with . Thanks again Ashley. Would come here if there were more friendly staff like her.”
“I've been a loyal T-Mobile customer since my first cellphone many many years ago. T-Mobile Tuesdays is a program that thanks T-Mobile customers with free stuff, great deals, and exclusive offers every Tuesday--just for being a T-Mobile customer. This program launched in 2016. Recently the T-Mobile Tuesdays app got updated to the T Life app. The app is free to download. On some Tuesdays, T-Mobile offers free physical items for customers to redeem via the app and pick up in-store. Some of those items are reusable tote, winter blanket, socks in honor of Pride Month, a notebook in honor of Black History Month, Halloween "Trick-or-Treat" bucket, and so much more. This T-Mobile store located on Level 3, near Boscov's, always has the free items in stock and I never had any trouble redeeming it. At times, you may have to wait for a staff member to assist you but the staff are always friendly. Download the T Life app if you have T-Mobile and haven't done so already.”

548 Atwells Ave, Providence“Would have liked to see more of the products available that my trip to this store was intended for. Went to this store specifically for 20oz Polar Plain Seltzer and unfortunately there was only 2 in that variety remaining in the cooler. Would also be great if you and other convenience stores offered more lower sugar beverage selections and healthier late night food options.”

He was very happy to take care of it, had a smile on his face.

“Shout out to Seth at the Apple Store in the Providence Mall - I know you won't see this, but you made upgrading my daughter's iphone on 9/14/24 so easy, answered all of our questions, and made the entire experience so less stressful than anticipated. Thank you again so much for all of your help!”
“Great spot with interesting albums and an unpretentious vibe! Having read the reviews I was prepared to have to deal with a curmudgeonly owner and, while dealing with the record buying public can drive any stable person onto the nearest ledge, I found him to be helpful and kind. He went above and beyond to clean up what he thought would be an unplayable record that he was reluctant to sell as it didn't meet his standards, and he gave me an incredibly fair price. The record plays perfectly and is easily worth 20 times what he charged me. That kind of customer service is a rarity these days. I'll be back!”

65 Manton Ave, Providence“This 7-Eleven is different from most 7-Elevens. It has no gas pumps, and it is located in a plaza, adjoining other businesses that include a Chinese restaurant and laundromat. There's plenty of parking, and the business is very easy to exit, thanks to a traffic light at the side street. I have to say, this 7-Eleven exceeded my expectations. It's bright inside, and relatively clean, organized and well-stocked. And their Slurpee machines work well. This may be sacrilegious being a lifetime Rhode Islander, but the white Slurpee I had today was better than any Del's lemonade I've ever had ... for real. If there is a downside, it's due to the location, on the outskirts of Olneyville, where are some sketchy people. Someone attempted to panhandle me outside the store on my first visit. And, later that visit, a customer ahead of me at the checkout nearly backed into me while he frantically started scratching his instant lottery ticket, totally oblivious to his surroundings.”

775 Cranston St, Providence“This place has some great people working there, but I must warn you...be ready to be approached aggressively by a drughead looking for money. As a white boy, I have no issues driving up in here all hours of the night because I do speak spanish and I'm used to it, but this is a rough area. You will be approached before you even get out of your car by people begging for money. Just be polite and go about your way and you'll be left alone. I've been here 100s of times and never had an issue beyond that. The store has a great selection of product, and fits the bill for late night munchies or tobacco. The clerks are super nice. If you aren't afraid of a little diversity and a few panhandlers, just act confident, and walk in with a no. I do buy food for some of the homeless people around the area often and maybe that's why I'm well liked when I show up, just do not give them money. They won't know you the next night when you pull in and ask again. Also half of the slurpee machines are always broken or unusable so don't bother if you're looking for a Slurpee. I do like this place a lot. And panhandlers, bums, crackheads dont bother me.”

270 Broad St, Providence“I had to get a drink and some donuts, I banged my elbow on the door of the display case. The clerks asked if I was ok, which was nice. Then this guy told me he liked my shoes which was even nicer. Fast and quick, we sat in the car eating our lunch. It started to get busy at that point, then I realized it was a gas station as well.”

10 Dorrance St, Providence“So far never had a problem with this place. Told the guy I’m new from here. Was very nice, chatted, help me with whatever and that’s pretty much it. I just wish they had more options but it’s 7/11. I only went here during day time. I do not know how it is at dark but for some reason I can see it being diffrent then day time.”
“I really liked this store, the service is super good and above all, the knowledge of the girl who helped me, I think her name is Roxanna, knows a lot about how the Cricket wireless service works; I recommend this location.”
