Absolutely loved it. It's such a great little treasure. Bought several different things from their prepared foods, and happily, all were fantastic. Friendly staff good prices and well kept.

I've been shopping here since before stop and shop bought it. I've had both good and bad experiences with Eastside.Today we were in the area and decided to get a few slices here and have them at Gano Park.We get to the counter and two people looked at us, neither made a move to help usWe left to get a few things and came back to the same situation. The woman said someone would help us, she wasn't doing anything. She pointed at a guy who then pointed at someone who we couldn't seeWe left without anyone coming to help us get pizza. My last time shopping here was today.Time stamped on receipt is 1:01 p.m.Cashier name starts with N.Mgr. I've been going to the Eastside Marketplace for years, because it's close and convenient for me. However, some of the employees who have been working there for years are obnoxiously rude, passive aggressive, and racist. I understand everyone has a bad day but when you are projecting passive aggressive energy towards a customer it's toxic and unprofessional. This continuously happens at this market with me. Their employees are clearly unhappy when I shop there and you can just feel it. Sometimes, I avoid shopping there just so I don't have to have an encounter with the employees. It makes me feel very comfortable. It doesn't take much to smile even if you're having an off day. I love Fox Point very much but Eastside Market needs to do better when it comes to customer services.

The assortment here is horrible. I really wish stop and shop would sell this store to a local independent. They have ruined what was a nice local supermarket. It is laughable they now charge 10 cents for bags.

This place has gone way down hill. Terrible customer service. Slowwww cashiers and ultra rude, miserable folks in the hot foods department. They look at you like you just ran over their favorite pet when you request a slice of pizza.Notice how they never respond to any of these bad reviews lol. Very telling.

Way too expensive. Little selection but it’s close by. Almost like a convenience store. Staff is great though.

For what Eastside Marketplace is, they have a great selection of produce and small deli. Overall it's great for small shopping runs but if I need a bigger selection I do have to head over to Shaws to find what I need. It's a great small local grocery though!

They have a huge selection of organic products rivaling Whole Foods. They have a much larger European cheese selection than Whole Foods. If you don't want to make Bezos richer by shopping at Amazon/Whole Foods shop at the East Side Market!

It looks like the parent company plans to close this store in the near future. The produce is often moldy, the bins are often empty. The freezer department always has large sections empty and look like they are not working. There are never more than 2 cash registers open even on busy days. Since Stop&Shop took it over, it has gone steadily down hill.

Best fried chicken in town.Didn’t expected that the best fried chicken in RI is in a supermarket. One day in the late afternoon, i was so hungry and see a pack of their fried chicken under the heat lamp. It’s not crispy but so fragrant. So I took it home. The spice and salt is just right.Wanting to eat it fresh, I see on the package that they packed it around noon. So the weekend after, I went there at 11pm before it’s packed. The chickens just came out in all its glory. And it’s also only $3.99/lb for thighs. The skin is so crispy without too thick batter. The inside is juicy resemble the result from a pressured fryer. The also have breast and it’s still juicy due to their frying method but I’m more of a dark meat type. And the seasoning and spices is just right on the well seasoned side.Works great with sweet base sauces due to its seasoning.
