My recent visit to East Side Clinical Laboratory was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place lacked the professionalism and competency one would expect from a healthcare facility.Firstly, when we arrived, the door was inexplicably locked. We had to call the laboratory to ask them to open it for us, only to find out that they were unaware the door was locked in the first place. This was the first sign that something was amiss.I had come to this laboratory for three crucial blood tests, as I am currently pregnant. The first test, called the TYPE test, left me bewildered. The technician had no idea what the TYPE test was and had to inquire about it. This immediately raised concerns about their level of expertise.Things took a more concerning turn when the technician started discussing my glucose test. He told me I needed to eat an hour before the test, which was not accurate. For a glucose test, I should have been given a special drink to evaluate my blood sugar levels, not simply instructed to eat an hour beforehand. This lack of knowledge on such a fundamental test was deeply troubling. The pinnacle of the ordeal came when, after waiting for 30 minutes, I was informed that I couldn't use the restroom before the test. This was contrary to what I had been told earlier. Such inconsistencies and lack of clear communication only served to erode my trust in this laboratory further. In conclusion, my experience at East Side Clinical Laboratory was beyond disappointing. The apparent incompetence of the personnel and their lack of understanding of basic medical procedures left me with no choice but to seek services elsewhere. I am baffled as to how someone with such a lack of knowledge and professionalism could be employed in a healthcare setting. I strongly advise others to exercise caution and consider alternative options for their medical needs.

Not open at 8:00 am when they are supposed to be. Other people in line had the same experience, waiting 30 minutes or more. I left this morning as did others. Also, as mention in other reviews, staff is pretty rude. I'm sure they get paid poorly though.
