Working with Grace was fantastic... she is friendly, knowledgeable and a great communicator. Dugan has a comfortable, cozy atmosphere and the ring came out perfectly. Will certainly return to get my jewelry in the future.

Grace is a true GEM! Pun intended. She's kind, personable, funny, and remembers the things you say. I went for a simple ring upsize but her attention to me made me feel like I was there to buy a new ring! She's honest and extremely knowledgeable about all things jewels - and I'd recommend her to everyone!
