Rani hates white people. She wrongfully accused my son of graffiti. Wrongfully accused us of furniture in the dumpster....it was Fred across the street. We were without hot water for a week. They put a bandaid on it not a replacement. So happy to be out of there. Slumlord at best.

They have been nothing short of fantastic. I moved into a spot about a year ago managed by them. Every concern or issue we had was swiftly dealt with. We had an issue with our washers and they had sent a repairman out the next day. Any form of communication was responded to the day of, if outside of business hours, the next day. All notices of unit showings or maintenance were sent days in advance. I wish other property management companies were like them.

She was always an awesome property manager. Really don't have any complaints.If you stayed on her about anything that needed to be fixed or done, she would have it taken care of.And since we weren't residents with problems and paid our rent on time, my spouse & i had a nice business relationship with the property manager.

This is the best property management company EVER!!! I am on the HOA Board of a property they manage and I cannot say enough good things about them. They are responsive; they go beyond the call of duty to solve problems; they notice what needs to be taken care of before it becomes a problem and they are cheerful, reassuring and friendly while they do all that.

I’ve lived in an apartment managed by Divine Invesents for 9 years. I know I can depend on them to address any issues I have in a timely manner. Danny, who does our maintenance is so friendly and helpful, even my kids talk about how nice he is. Overall just a really trustworthy company to work with. The house recently sold and I’m sad I won’t get to work with DI any longer.

Searching for an apartment during COVID seemed nearly impossible, and the thought of not finding a place really caused a panic. I came across a property listed from Divine Investments and reached out immediately. From the first phone call inquiring about the apartment to receiving the keys to our new place..it was nothing but a great experience. Yamel the office manager helped us every step of the way, and truly showed us that she cared about our situation. Rani the president of this company truly pushed to get us approved, and in the clear with impressive timing. This company truly put a smile on our faces through such a difficult time, and I am nothing but thankful. Thank you Divine!

I have been working with Divine Investments for 9 years now. I couldn't be happier with the job they have done managing my condo rental while I live out of state as well as the job they did managing the whole association. Issues with the property were handled promptly and effectively. It helps that they know the community so well, because experience is everything when it comes to "putting out fires".

Divine Investments has managed our building for over 10 years. I was searching for a new management company due to many frustrations with our prior company. As president of an eight-unit historic building (built in 1866) located on the east side of Providence, I was faced with the task of maintenance, landscaping, regulations (both from the historical society, and the city) budget, and in dire need of professional management. I met with Rani Vails, President of Divine Investments, and immediately felt this could be the answer to my problems. Rani demonstrated empathy and professionalism in addressing the many issues I raised. She explained how she would address each of my concerns, and did it with her years of experience, and honesty. I hired Divine Investments, and have been happy with my decision.Divine Investments assisted in the transition from the prior management company, created a plan to address maintenance issues, new projects, assessments, compliance with city, insurance, and the historical society, and put together a budget that suits all owners. In addition, Divine Investments has quarterly and yearly meetings with the board, as well as; visits the property often to check in.I have recommended Divine Investments to others condo owners in the past, and will continue to.Joe Brady, Former Condo President of 119 Benefit Condo Association.

My family and I lived in an apartment managed by Divine Investment. Rani, Raisa and the rest of the team we amazing. Anytime we contacted them or needed something, they were on top of the situation. Always friendly, prompt and they treated us like we were closes friend. I highly recommend Divine Investment!
