THE best bike shop in Providence! I have a fixed gear with tricky tire tubes and they always fix my flats while I wait and even lubed up my chain too! They showed me how to properly care for these tubes and gave me some other great pointers for the future.

As a fellow bike shop employee I was floored by this shop. Everyone I met was super friendly. The workspaces were well organized and immaculate. The lineup of products was well thought out and had an emphasis on hard everyday use and value. I only ended up buying a water bottle, but I secretly wish I worked at Dash.

These folks are amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. They never sold me something I didn't need . They also gave me info on ordering a part instead of ordering it themselves and charging me for their time .

Amazing service! Josh who works on the bikes right in front of you was an excellent guy to chat with!! Great service at a dope price, nice local shop to get your bike fixed or any other gears to items for your bike as well. And they sell bikes at a fair price!!

I really like the repair process here, they quote you for exactly the work they are going to do and you can veto any work you don't want in advance, rather than having a flat-rate tune-up plus parts. I've had the experience in the past of being upsold or pushed on things I didn't really need in shops and I liked the transparency of the upfront quote and evaluation. Also everyone was really nice, it's a well-stocked shop and the line items for parts and labor all seemed fair. Good overall experience. My bike rides great, one of the better results I've had over the 8+ year lifespan of the bike.
