I bought a used washer and dryer they are warrantied for 90 days, the dryer broke 30 days later. I live two blocks away, they informed me it would take 2 weeks to send their only technician to look at it. In the meantime, they could not supply me with a loaner dryer and would not reimburse me to have a different companies technician come out in a reasonable amount of time. being in business for as long as they have, 50 years. you would figured they would have more than one technician and better customer satisfaction policies

Extremely pleased with my experiences at Danny's Appliance! My SIL was pleased with them when she bought her washer/dryer, so when I needed to update my appliances, I went there too. I purchased a washer & dryer that have been great. I also purchased a 24" stove. With only 10days left in the warranty (of course) the oven stopped heating up. I emailed Danny's and they called me the next morning to schedule the repair. Unfortunately, the heating element needed for that oven has been discontinued. Danny's invited me back to pick out a replacement. The replacement was slightly more than the original oven. They did not charge me the difference. I did not need to hassle with them at any point, they were so responsive on their warranty! They delivered the new stove and removed the broken one. I really appreciate this kind of honest service!

I've been using Danny's for a few years now. Never had a problem. Staff are always friendly, I've never had to wait to be helped out in the store. Delivery drivers are great. Dannys Appliance will continue to be my go to appliance store!

Tim and Bizmark did an amazing job delivering to me all the way out in CT! My poor dogs got locked in a room because my door got jammed and without hesitance Tim went out of his way and helped me. 5 plus star service. They were amazing

Had a stove dropped off. Infested with roaches. Bugs flew out all over my kitchen when glass top heated up.Service claims they are where already here. Refuses to answer calls. Put all blame on client. Refuses all responsibilities! Be careful who you buy from!
