I always need to use dry cleaning services, mainly for seasonal items. And when that comes with regular laundry and ironing options as well, I am all for it. I had to wash a king-sized blanket that did not fit in my machine; Courtesy Cleaner to rescue. I was sitting with a pile of 30+ tops, blazers, and trousers; too lazy and overwhelmed to iron -- Courtesy Cleaner to my rescue again.

So I just moved to the east side of providence and went to your store to have some shirts laundered. The lady tells me there $3.20 a shirts. I'm like I don't mind paying you a little more but I'm paying $2 now. Sorry but that's taking advantage of your customer and not a fair price. Proof is many places are charging $2 to launder shirts. Sorry Courtesy Cleaners but I choose not to be ripped off and won't do business with you.

Cleaned some stubborn candle wax that fell on my chiffon skirt. They were so nice and professional. They were also flexible with my pick up date since I said I wouldn't be able to pick it up until after a week. Well definitely use them again!

As a woman who flagrantly ignores "dry clean only" labels, I don't have much experience with dry cleaners in the area. I have no idea what a normal pricing scheme or turnaround time is for dry cleaning. But Courtesy Cleaners does a great job with my rare dry cleaning needs! My clothes are sparkling clean and good as new. The location is super convenient: it's right by Eastside Marketplace, Rite Aid, the gym, the bank, and the liquor store, so you can get all your errands done in one place! Plus you never have to worry about parking. The employees are very nice. It did take almost a week (Saturday to Friday) for my clothes to be ready, but it was a holiday week so I think they'd be faster normally. As advertised, they gave me the "new customer" offer of one free item, which was much appreciated -- I didn't even have to ask! I would definitely trust Courtesy Cleaners with my clothes again!

Super nice place, they gave my first dry cleaning free just for being a new customer. They did a great job too, my blazer was covered in stains because I'm a complete slob.

Dry cleaning service is decent and fast at around $2.95 per shirt. Usually I go to have my shirts cleaned and enjoy being greeted by the women taking the orders. However, it would be really beneficial to have the pick up service be more readily available. They mentioned that you need to be a weekly customer to get pick up service, but as someone who doesn't use the service that often, it can be extra. Besides the disappointment with the inconvenient pick up service, Courtesy Cleaners is a good spot in Providence for dry cleaning.
