Coming here is worth the search for parking! My go-to for ring resizing and jewelry repairs. A quirky shop and a delightful owner who prioritizes doing the right thing for his customer (like helping to avoid more costly repairs if there are alternative options). 5 ⭐️ is not enough….. I’m so glad, I chose Copacetic jewelry!!! Don is a kind, professional, polite, funny gentleman. The way he speaks to his customers is like if he knows you for a long time. That’s how comfortable he makes you feel. Had some gold necklaces need to fix for over a year decide to do my research and found Copasetic in Providence, and what was best part is that he fixed it quick the next day had them done! I have to tell you Copacetic is the place to go!That will be my place to go to from now on!!! Go check him out, you will not regret it at all! ?Thank you ? Don!!!

Thank you to Don for being so friendly and helpful. I met Don while walking a friends dog. This pup clearly 'knew' this shop and just ran right in with me in tow! After chatting with Don for a bit, and him giving the pup a treat, we began to discuss the Providence Jewelry District of the past. You know, the one where there were a bunch of jewelry companies in downtown? Anyway. This reminded me that I have a sentimental ring that no longer fits me and Don offered to take a look and see if he can resize it for me. Next trip into the city, I brought along the ring and Don got to work. Sadly for me, the type of ring it is does not allow for him to resize it without dramatically changing the appearance. Well, now I know. I appreciate his efforts, honesty and integrity. He shined up the ring before returning it to me as well. There was no charge for this attempt and I very much appreciate his thoughtfulness. The shop is a collection of many jewelry artisans work. Earrings, necklaces, bracelets and rings. Along with a plethora of very unique wall clocks, this is one fun and funky shop. If you are looking for a quality gift for a friend or loved one, I definitely recommend you stop by and check out Don's inventory. If you have a piece of jewelry that needs a new setting, resizing, repair or cleaning, I recommend you stop by and ask Don about that as well. I've walked by many times and admired the clocks in the window. I stopped by to get one for Father's Day and was very pleased with my experience. The owner is very kind and prices reasonable. He also has a lot of really cool jewelry. This place is so unique and it will be my go-to for gifts.

Excellent experience with the jewelry repair service. I had purchased a mother of pearl in sterling silver pendant on a recent trip to New Orleans and was not happy the mother of pearl fell out of its setting after just a few months of wear. I brought the pendant, plus a ring that needed the setting tightened and and sterling chain with some minor damage here for repairs. The owner turned the items around in less than a day and the prices for the repairs were quite reasonable. He even returned the items sparking clean! This will now be my go to place for all jewelry repairs. The store also offers pearl restringing and ring resizing.

Walked in with a question about a loose gemstone—he checked out the ring to assure us that it’s in the setting securely, put some jewelry safe glue to secure it and offered to polish the ring to boot. Amazing service, really cool selection of rings and earrings, some of the most interesting clocks for sale too!!:)

We were walking down the street and the sign that read 'rudely elegant jewelry' caught our eye. Boy are we glad we stopped in! First off he was able to fix my husbands bent wedding ring and even polished mine! Very knowledgeable about his craft. Some really unique pieces he's got in there too. The clock walls are pretty neat, some rude jewelry and a lot of elegant pieces for men and women. If you're in the area check this place out. He's got some high end pieces and more cost effective pieces too!
