Very happy with Providence location, they need more parking but happy with the staff. Totally unhappy with the Warwick location wouldn't take me without an appointment. Two other drivers were there before they opened wouldn't take them also.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I had to go in for a work based visit and they accommodated me the best they could, and were very patient with me. Also have to give a shoutout to the nurse who took my blood because it was the best experience i’ve had with that by far. Overall very good clinic?, only complaint is the way the parking lot is set up?.

3 hour wait for a pre company drug test and physical. They wouldn't do an appointment, and take their other patients before you, I saw the waiting room completely change 3 times before I got called!!!

2nd time here in a week and a half because the first time my paperwork was not read correctly, so I am back for a company physical. First time waited 2 hrs and watched everyone who came in after me be taken in. This time I was earlier 815. Guess what? Watched everyone, no matter what time they walked in go ahead of me. Still waiting but now I'm in a small room waiting for a doctor. What a waste.

Had to wait 2 hrs for walk in. Sitting area was full. Place is definitely over worked and undermanned. The people there were great though!!!
