“Over the years I've had several laptops repaired or simply cleaned up here and Dave is always super fast and efficient. Even fixing mistakes I've made by asking a friend to repair what I thought was a small(ish) problem. Once I had a catastrophic laptop failure and I needed a file on it for a wedding in a few hours. He went out of his way to help. His prices are fair and he knows what's he's doing. I highly recommend him.”

“I was wary about computer repair services after a bad experience in the past. John however, saved me not once but twice, cleansing my trauma of the past. Both times he was able to diagnose and fix my problem in a short amount of time and at a very reasonable price while being kind and professional throughout. It may pain you like it did me, to entrust your rig to someone else but John won't do wrong by your or your machine.”

“I went to this location to buy a refrigerator during their Memorial day sale. I worked with Tom, a sales rep, and Eric, one of the managers. They were very helpful and answered all the questions I had. Tom and Eric were very personable and made my purchasing experience very enjoyable. I had issues with the delivery, had a hard time resolving my issues with customer service over the phone, and went in to speak with a manager. I met with Greg, the general manager, and he was also very helpful and empathetic to the issues I had with Best Buy's remote team. He worked hard to resolve my issue and turn my experience around. The team at this location is the reason I am giving a 5 star rating. Thank you all again for the outstanding customer service, I truly appreciate it!”

“Visited Best Buy to return a laptop that we could not use. It was purchased as a gift for my 5 year old, but beyond her ability in terms of functionality. They were unable to return it without having me sign up for the yearly Best Buy Perks membership, for $55. At first I was annoyed, because I don't often shop for electronics so I probably wouldn't use it much. But in doing this, I exchanged the laptop and purchased a Samsung Galaxy a9+ tablet. The membership is okay, the app gives a lot of discounts and perks to members.”
