Went to get my inspection sticker the worker was rude, disrespectful and tried to talk down on me. He changed my inspection sticker and left glue from the old sticker on my windshield and a mess in on my dashboard. I don't recommend the place.

I called on a Friday afternoon and was able to get a next day appointment for an inspection. When they discovered two safety concerns, they were able to get it fixed that same day, within 2 hours. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. I will definitely go here again.

This place is a total scam.
Cheap supplies
Over prices like crazy
Don't even fix the problem.
I went just for a tire sensor. They charged me over 90 for installing only one, when the 4set is like 60 original.
And the problem continued
If you don't know about vehicles, don't come to this site.
Absurd prices.
They use cheap material.
They don't do the job.
Total scam.
(90+) for a sensor change, when the set of 4 costs 60. They install only one, cheap and the problem continues.

I've gone to Columbia for years to have small things like tire patches and never had a problem. Recently had a bad experience getting bigger work done there. I dropped my car off and asked them to fix a specific problem. When I was called back to come pick up my car and paid for the work, I drove away and discovered they hadn't fixed the problem at all. Brought it back to them to fix and they charged me again for their mistake. The person at the front desk told me that they knew the car wasn't fixed the initial time they sent me away and still charged me. Very disappointing and would definitely warn others against getting any major work done here.
