Reopened, now under Eagle/Megaplex management. Only gay establishments of this type in New England, making for an easy monopoly. The old bunk room and small playroom are now regular guest rooms. Steam room is closed for repair. They need to stop use of cell phones in function rooms. It's a buzzkill. Otherwise, it can still be a good place for social activity if the right people show up.

They are back open but have remodeled!!! It's amazing. The management is really friendly. Place is spotless--so clean!

Cool and relaxing place to just let loose and decompress. Has the club feel and now under new management! 100% less drama than previous owner. Incredible turn around. Outlets in each room and helpful, and professional staff. Busiest nights so far are Thursday through to Sunday morning. Sunday nights become THE popular night on any long weekend.

Personally I always go to megaplex! Everytime I went here someone was absolutely rude to me! Never the people working there, always customers! I'm sorry they deserve to be shut down! The owner needs to learn how to run a business, or not have one period! Sad and depressed megaplex isn't open, but happy this hole in the wall is done! Megaplex everybody even the customers treat you like family Everytime! I will continue to go to megaplex, if it opens back up!

Checking out the place since I am from out of town . I asked the desk guy for change to a 10, he was gave me a very dirty look and say please. I said please then he went on A bit of a tyrant he would not give me change because I wasn’t submissive to him.

When arrived on a Friday afternoon, I had to wait almost a half hour to get someone at the front desk. When the supervisor let me in I questioned him why did I have to wait so long he got upset and aggressive with me and didn’t let me in because I questioned him as a paying customer. They need learn how to treat a paying customer.
