“I been shopping there for the past few years, with over 50 orders, online, shipping, store pick up, and in-store and every experience has been super positive. Everyone knows me as soon as I walk in or just speaking on the phone and immediately give me my items to pick up before even being asked. Amazing customer service which has me returning weekly. I never had any issues with returns as well, and if I can't find the items I am looking for then they go out of their way to help me. “Just a tiny boutique with a big bang! I love this shop because somehow they always have what I don't know I want or need. In the beginning of the summer I got a dress by Choklate/Paris. I got a zillion compliments on it and then I bought another for a dear friends birthday and another for the fall. They have dresses /outfits for daily wear or special events that are super stylish and original. I have also picked up some great jewelry and a poncho for insanely reasonable prices. You won't be disappointed, it's da bomb.”

“I’ve been a Brooks Brothers customer for years. The dry cleaners recently broke one of the suit coat buttons (and didn’t mention it or fix it). My tailor didn’t do buttons (!) so I called the Providence store to see if they could help. Charles Flora (Asst. Manager) took my call, confirmed the color, and had several in the mail to me that day. That’s what I call Outstanding Customer Service!”
