horrible customer service, the lady at the front desk doesn't even say good morning, she speaks very rudely to you, and treats you badly, she didn't even let me finish what I wanted to say and she didn't want to listen to me just because I didn't have an appointment It was my first time going to that place and I only went to find out the requirements that they asked for.what a bad experience I had!!!

I've been going here a few years now bring my girls with me every time but today has been the worst experience. I have 4 kids to try and help find them the right sizes. I was rushed along and spoken to rudely in front of my girls To where my daughter asked me after I left why the lady was being mean to me. I responded she was just having a bad day. I hope next time will be a better experience for us. I will still give a five star because it is a great place for the kids and my girls love it.

Such a nice lady. I ran into some issues and needed winter clothes for my daughter. She went beyond the call of duty and due to my situation, was able to give me some beautiful clothes for her. Definitely will be returning with donations in hand ! Highly recommend.

I'm a now retired foster parent volunteering here. They helped me so much over the years with my foster kids I decided it was time to help them.

We were scheduled for 11:30 am appointment. We received a courtesy call the day prior to remind us. The lady that called said we should come at 1:30pm. I asked if she was sure she said yes your appointment is at 1:30pm. We got there when they were closed and apparently had been closed since 12:30. Huge error and miscommunication on their part. Instead of being considerate and accommodating she tried to schedule us to come back two weeks out. After explaining that we weren’t late for the fifth time and showing her that her workers asked us to come at that time She gave us a next day appointment but said we’d have to wait to be last because it was a packed schedule. I took the appointment but was still left with an overwhelming sense of unease with her attitude. I emailed her when I got home to express the way she made not only me but also my 3 children a feel “UNWELCOME “and that a later appointment would probably do best so that we weren’t a burden on her schedule and rushing to grab things. she never replied nor apologized. We were there to donate and not just to receive but I will never step foot in that place again. Really bad experience. Embarrassing as all her workers watched her argue me down about being late when in all actuality they messed up. Just sad.

My mother went and said "It's always better to go without the kids. You'll be in and out in 10-15 minutes"
