The bank is ok, but on Thursday and Friday, no money in the ATM or to-do deposit is always full , and the ATM is slow

The worst one one atm outside very old and slow the one inside doesn’t even work Sunday and about 10 cars waiting ?? the should at least have 2 atm drive up but it’s like they can’t even afford it!

the atm took my card, I selected language and atm went to message " temporarily out of service". I went i to the branch as my card was not given back to me. they said they checked the machine and no card was in there....proceeded to ask if I checked on the ground.....so after basically calling me a liar I was directed into another long line tto get a new card.....no empathy was shown or willingness to assist....the woman working in the ofgice...redish hair to pink hair was so incredibly rude basically calling me a liar. I work and have worked in customer service since I was 16 this isno way i would have actedI know my card is in that machine and left that branch because I did not feel safe..I went to the branch in kohnston on hartford ave and they were a model as to how customers can be treated...I hope this is taking seriously and not cast aside

good location but it's extremely slow, especially the ATM. don't come here unless you want to wait at least 30m to use an ATM. Staff is nice.

They are not honest, lied about rates on credit card, didnt put in my 500$ for opening a new account. Fraud like at this branch, possibly the company's policy..credit card charged me a late fee and wont remove it, because I wouldn't deposit money, when everybody's money was disappearing from citizens.. and really said they never heard about it when it was on the news everywhere... couldn't deposit cash yesterday... button was grey...worste banking experience ever. Will switch and all 5 of my family's accounts will be switching too... would give a zero star.

I get spam mail from them all the time. I don’t have an account with them. So I called their general phone number to get removed from their mailing list, and the agent is asking me for my social security number, putting me on hold multiple times.Why is it so hard to get removed from spam mail?

I frequent this branch, if I’m being totally honest there is usually a long wait time (especially around noon) but it’s something I just account for when I’m making a trip to this branch. Aside from the wait the employees are great. Specifically, I’d like to thank Jon(or John, I don’t know how he spells it) who helped me today and couldn’t have been better. He really helped me when I was in a bind and the issue has already been taken care of when I was originally told 7-10 business days. Thanks again!

ALL Citizens Bank's as Company regardless of branch! NO FRAUD DETECTION!!! They let scammers steal over $10,000 AND put my account in the negative $5700! The ONLY way I knew was Overdraft notice!! These were over seas transactions dozens over 2 days, all individual charges for hundreds or thousands of dollar some over $2100 & $3200!! Again never stopped a SINGLE charge, fraud detection never kicked in, no phone call, text nothing! On hold for 40 mins to report the fraud. The VERY NEXT DAY they let same scammer put through $2124!! I call again on hold for 32 mins, after expressing my utmost disgust, getting a manager, they tell me they will escalate it & I will have my $ back in 24-48 hrs... & someone would call me w/ an explanation. I called 3 days after same deal... 7 days later NO money, no phone call!! SO after 10 days 5 phone calls 4.5 hours on the phone, and countless hours off the phone. I finally got "my money" back, supposedly. Quick accounting they STILL OWE me $448.62!!! Now mind you theft happened (NO fault of mine at all) on 2/22 my account was negative until 3/10!! Rent due & ALL bills due on the 1st... Yet I have -$5704 because CITIZENS Bank HAS NO FRAUD DETECTION WHAT SO EVER! Is the MOST FINANCIAL IRRESPONSIBLE BANK EVER. And can't be bothered to even call you back after 7 messages. Yet the Overdraft dept HARRASSED me for 5 days straight calling every hour on the hour starting at 8am!! I Hope NOBODY with a citizens bank account lives paycheck to paycheck or you could get evicted, car repoed, utilities shut off, C.C. late fees, Citizens Bank can RUIN YOUR LIFE! BTW I've been a financial auditor for over 20 years & some of my clients are the biggest banks in the world! From insider experience I've NEVER see such gross NEGLIGENCE, financial IRRESPONSIBILITY, and complete INCOMPETENCE as well as complete lack of concern for there customers.
