Frandini & Soha are great. I opened two accounts with them recently and their customer service is perfect. Both individuals are very friendly, helpful, & thorough. Thank you!

I live outside the USA and since november 2022 I have tried to get in touch with an employee in Warwick but without any luck. I was getting worried and finally I turned to Kennedy Plaza. In no-time Soho Osko answered my Email and she has guided me patiently to the right department en person. And not only that, but she send me a bankstatement so I did not have to worrie anymore about my money. I am also glad that she helped me with a 401 number since I am not able to use a 1-800 number from Europe. Soha, thanks a million! You deserve a big 10. Citizens Bank can be proud to have you as one of their employees and I wish you good luck.Regards, Karin

Absolutely terrible customer service, it was an awful experience, and I was just treated carelessly, even when seen bye a representative in office, after suffering fraudulence over 800 dollars in over 10 separate transactions, with 3 separate claims, I went into this bank location and was told after weeks that my mobile banking application was compromised, which if I had been told sooner, could have prevented so much time and money lost... It was suggested that I open a new account, while I took the suggestion, I was given a debit card, had help to deposit money into the account at the ATM bye an associate, unfortunately I later realized the debit card I was provided wasn't mine and had someone else's name on it, so my money was in someone else's account, and I had control of a debit card linked to their account. The problem wasn't even recognized or noticed until brought to their attention by myself the next day. To many problems at this location and branch, such as when I ask to speak to a manager, I'm guided to another employee, instead of a manager. It was the most unprofessional scary incident I've ever had, with any bank, ever.

Live out if town but everyone treated me like I am a regular! I feel like they all will go out of their way to help with whatever your needs may be. Unlike some other banks I was able to speak to a banker asap without making an appointment. I would say if you have a problem here it is probably you.

Avoid doing business with this lender. I was trying to refi my rental with Citizens Bank because I was quoted a decent rate. However the loan process was insane! I provided all docs up front and every week they wanted some new. I was supposed to be clear to close with last conditions received by underwriting. Then they said they needed the rental comps from the appraiser that they sent 2 months ago and then added more conditions. This dragged on for almost 3 months and I finally called off the refi. What's a waste of time, energy, effort, and money. I will NEVER do any business with this lender again. If you are a consumer and reading this, trust me. Avoid the pain and go with another lender.

Citizens Bank should be avoided. Their fees are numerous and high, and they use dishonest trickery to get their customers to pay more fees. My experience is instructive: I had been a good customer for six years, but because of a confluence of events, PayPal pulled money out of my account right before three checks came in to clear. That was right before a holiday, and Citizens was closing early even though the day before the holiday was not a holiday in itself (they shouldn't have done that). As a consequence, I couldn't get money into the bank to cover the checks. The checks then came in to clear in the order of smallest to largest, and I should have been charged one $39 overdraft fee; but Citizens re-ordered the withdrawals from largest to smallest so that I was charged three fees. This is what I mean by "trickery". Only the greediest banks use tricks like that to raise money from their customers. If you are looking for a bank, you would be better off at a savings bank or credit union.

IF YOU ARE SHOPPING FOR COLLEGE LOANS: RUN, DON'T WALK, AWAY FROM CITIZENS BANK. Yes, they offered great rates, which is why we chose them for three out of the four years of loans for a family member. But CITIZENS' LOAN SERVICER, FIRSTMARK SERVICES, has engaged in conduct that ranges from downright incompetence to willful misconduct, including playing games with account numbers, mishandling autopay, and "failing to apply" our payments-in-full to some of the loans--all of which they have attempted to turn into penalty fees for us. And this is just in the first two months of the loans. YOU KNOW WHO'S GREAT? DISCOVER, WITH LOAN SERVICER GREAT LAKES. Same deal, same timeframe, not a single problem. We are in contact with the Federal Reserve Bank and our Congressman, and are moving swiftly to consolidate these loans away from Citizens/Firstmark by moving them to Discover/Great Lakes or a college loan consolidator.

This branch is a joke. The ATM is broken, I hear the teller telling someone it doesn't work but the manager said not to out a sign up (my guess is so people come in and deal with a 30 minute wait to get a "cash advance" if they have other banks, for which they make a little money from). Why wouldn't you put a sign up if you know it's broken. J*** move, manager. Thanks for wasting my time. Also, the tellers are slow as molasses. Blagh...

Horrible institution that develops new ways to take your money and rewards staff for withholding patrons deposits and marking withdrawals to reap the most amount of overdraft fees, This bank is truly evil, money mongering, hateful rippoff artists whose only purpose is to take as much monyey from you as possible. AVOID LIKE LEPROSY!!!!

For a bank, the customer service is really good. There are always plenty of tellers here and the lines move pretty quick. I also opened up my bank account here when I first moved to Providence. They are really helpful in making sure the transition to a new account is complete.
