Terrible service. Definitely not customer friendly. Maybe convenient but there is lack of communication so they will put more gas in then that you request and you will still be responsible for it. I will Run out of gas before I ever come back to this business.

If you want to totally get ripped off this is the place. Purchase a battery for car last year I thought. Had to take it back because it died. I was charged a $ 20 fee to put it in. I had to call AAA today 10/04/23 because car would not start. I told tech what happened. Tech cleaned battery, looked at it and said this is not a new battery it’s the battery that came with your car. He showed me the dates on the battery the dates inside of the when it was manufactured and he told me to take pictures of the battery showing it and also a picture of my license plate and a picture of the new battery being put in the car. He said what they probably did was took your car in the garage cleaned the battery and charged it. So if you want to get ripped off this is your place….

Went to the service there for state inspection and they asked me to change the tires to pass it. I did it with them but one of the tires started leaking air. I went back and they charged me for tire pressure sensor that was leaking. After they replaced the sensor it always reads as low pressure now

Called to ask if they could fill the air in bike tires and they called me right back to let me know they could. Came right over and the staff had the air pump ready and got my bike back on the road within minutes. Friendly and helpful staff.

The owner made it clear that I was not welcome and proceeded to actually yell at me for an issue he was dealing with internally with his employees. He was incredibly rude and the lack of customer service was appalling. I have never had an issue with a store-owner in my life and so this was rather stunning. I'll never go back to this gas station for any reason.

First visit, my tires were all going flat too fast and the service station guy filled all of them up, advised me that they're leaking b/c of the installation and sent me on my way. No charge for air. They advised the service on the tires would be $20/tire (a fair price), so I ended up getting the tires fixed at a chop shop in South Providence for $10/tire instead. Second visit, I flaked out on getting a new RI inspection sticker for my car and got a notice of suspension unless I hurried my lazy a** up and got it fixed in 10 days. My cheap-o chop shop doesn't do state inspections (it's a cash only type business, cough cough), so I decided to go to Jerry's Service Station again for an inspection. Rather than charging me the $55 for the inspection test and failing me, they charged me $26 for a safety check and gave me an estimate of the parts and labor I needed done so that my car will pass. I asked if I could supply the parts and they said ok. Third visit, I got a call saying the tires that I had shipped direct online arrived. I got my tires mounted and balanced and my brakes done with the parts I purchased. The total service matched my estimate and they sent me on my way. Fourth visit, I received the rest of the parts and dropped them off to Jerry's with no appointment scheduled in the morning. There was availability in their schedule and they said they could squeeze me in. At around 4pm, I called to see where they were with my car and the job was complete. The total service matched my estimate with the exception of an extra lamp for $12.95 that was needed and they sent me on my way with 3 calendar days to spare before the inspection deadline. Overall, my experiences at Jerry's Service Station has been no-hassle, convenient, and most importantly, no-BS. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car in again b/c the pricing fair and even above average in competitiveness compared to the auto body chain stores.

My first time over at Jerry's, and I have to agree with the community - fantastic service at a really reasonable rate. A bit disorganized, but nothing worse than any other service shop.
