I'm not typically one to leave a review, but felt compelled to do so because Marlon and his staff went incredibly above and beyond for me in time for my holiday travel. Someone hit my car, and they jumped through so many hoops because of the insurance company lagging behind. But it's a Christmas miracle - not only did they go out of their way to make sure I got my car back, it looks shiny and new! “My partner had a good experience using East Bay Service Center, so I decided to take my car there when I had an issue. When I arrived, the owner (I believe) was there but just cleaning up because they were actually closed for the week. He still took the time to try something quickly to fix my car's issue, and wouldn't accept any payment afterwards. He said if it didn't resolve the issue to schedule an appointment for the following week, but everything has been working fine since! Thank you, East Bay Service Center.”

“Called them to have my car window repair done they told me to be at the shop at a certain time and sure enough they was on time with the appointment I was given . He fixed my window which was hard to do being the model of car I have they don't make anymore . He took his time and did a fantastic job .he's friendly, respectful and was concerned with my car needs ...I'm so happy to have went to a professional who charged me reasonable and did a fantastic job. Will go back next time I need any window repair and I highly recommend anyone who need a professional with reasonable price to go to sparkle city for all your car repairs ...”

I traveled a good distance to test drive a car and appreciated the time he put into going with me for the test drive. He was easy to talk with, always informative, giving direct and clear answers, both about the vehicle and the whole buying procedure. We agreed on a price, walked through straight-forward steps to the sale, and I came oh-so-close to buying that car. I ultimately decided I was not quite ready to give up a car I was attached to and trade it in for the new one. But I felt so good about the whole experience, I wanted to write this review and compliment *****. He was willing to bring the car more than half way to my town in order to simplify delivery. Who does that? He cares about the people he sells to. He is able to put a business relationship back onto a solid friendly footing, a trusting relationship. “Stopped by ***'s to asked about a fixing a leak around the rear window of my grandaughters convertable. *** understood immediately how to repair the problem. The window was sealed that same day. A few days later we had rain and the seal worked perfectly. Although *** was very busy he took the time to listen and help me out. Great service 5 stars.”

“Unfortunately this review is based on the fact that I booked an appointment online several days in advance. The online booking asked me a lot of questions and took time (I should have just called and spoke to a real person I suppose). I made arrangements to drop the vehicle off since they can’t come to me for replacement windshield and perform the windshield sensor calibration. Well we get to Safelite, off of Jefferson Blvd. in Warwick, and were told they don’t have the glass so we would have to come back Monday morning. Guess what…we went back Monday morning and arranged a ride for drop off and everything, so just to be told again they don’t have the glass. This is very frustrating, how would they feel if I just didn’t show up for an appointment or two? No one called CA notify us that the glass wasn’t in stock either day.
I would consider updating this review if they take care of me for wasting my time and do a quality job but we will see if I even give them another try.
I am upgrading to 4 stars. Despite the initial mess up, we have Safelite another shot and they did take care of things so I am upgrading the rating. Thanks for responding and taking ownership.”
“Technician was professional. The scheduling was a problem. They overbooked him the first day, so had to schedule for 2 days later. They overbooked him again so he missed his 4 hour arrival window, arriving 1 hour late. Wasted my morning. Not the technician's fault. He did a good job once he arrived.”
