Applied for a loan and was denied because my credit score, and also was told my bank balance is below what they think it should be to pay my loan. Which I feel is not a good reason. My bank balance has nothing to do with me paying my bills.

Ever grateful for Capital Good Fund. They were my last hope in a desperate situation about a year ago. Almost paid off now, I reflect and realize how much this affordable loan helped bring my credit up from low 500s into 600s. ?
My only critical feedback is the need for an account log in website or app, so we can review past payments, see due dates and balances etc. When I attain the wealth I am aiming for, I will certainly donate to Capital Good Fund to help others find hope and fair rates like I received.

I had a very positive experience with Capital Good Fund. My credit isn't perfect but not horrible either. Capital Good Fund provided my family with an emergency loan due to unexpected circumstances at the end of 2023. The staff were kind, considerate , professional, and understanding. The monthly payments are VERY affordable for our budget and you can't beat the interest. Plus I'm reporting positive payment history to my credit at the same time . I absolutely love Capital Good Fund and am very grateful for them. Thank you for being their when we needed you and for giving us a chance ?❤️

This company is horrible. They give false advertisement saying that they help people with good credit or bad credit but then deny people for credit that has bad credit instead of trying to get people to explain why the credit is the way it i! I highly don't recommend if your score is under 650, and if yo got one bad loan, don't waste your time! They Will tell you anything just to get you in the door so they can run your credit report and say it don’t hit hard inquiry, but it does Stop letting the government fool you all.

I’ve been trying to reach someone regarding my loan and can’t get in touch with anyone. I’ve emailed and called but it’s been days. I was told in the email they couldn’t accept my back statements cause they look “redacted” even though they came DIRECTLY from the bank. I changed absolutely nothing.
